Place spinach in a sieve and press to squeeze out as much water as possible. Spread spinach in bottom of 4 lightly buttered shallow ramekins or individual gratin dishes. Drizzle each with 1 Tbs. half and half. Season with nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste. Carefully break 2 eggs into each dish. Drizzle with remaining milk and sprinkle with cheese. This is not new but its something I felt need of to write. Back in 1992, when my mother was still alive but after my father's death in '86. I was living with my mom to help take care of her in dallas texas. life was pretty normal for us when one days a beautiful lady drove up in a U-Haul. the way our apartments was set up my patio was nearest the parking lot and closest to my neighbors patio. That was the day I meet Donna Merrik. she was moving into the apartment next door to mine. she had 2 cute dogs and lots of stuff. I asked if she needed some help and she accepted with a smile. I let my mom know what was happening and closed the patio door so to keep my own dog indoors. I put her dogs onto my patio as her door would be open alot. then I helped her move in. we became fast friends at that point. over the next year we grew together. going out on 'dates' sometime double dating. sometimes we would spend all night in her apartment talking about horrible dates we had just had.

And The Wait Continues......
Went to my dr appt yesterday and found out that my hormone levels are dropping like they should be. Thurs they said my level was at 3444 and yesterday they said it was at 1604. It dropped by over half in 5 days. It looks like so long as my body keeps taking care of itself like this...the wait may be over before too long. If my body doesnt continue to drop in hormone levels like it has been down to zero...there is a medicine that I can use that will make it happen for me. I am starting to get desperate to get this over and done with and get this baby out of my body so that I can start to heal again.

I've done a lot of stupid shit in my life, and this one is up there. I thought that I was being the good guy to one person by stabbing the other in the back. Well it turns out that I was causing drama for both sides, and now I don't know how to fix it. I should just stay out of everybodys shit. Exhausted...
Had to wake up at 4 this morning... We had to be on Fort Hood by 6 to get ready for the short bus ride to the field... Once at the field I was a little in awwe at the Secruity check points and seeing, for the first time in my life, Secret Service members. We were standing in front of the stage waiting and waiting when finally at about 8:15 the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders ran out to many cat whistles, hoots and hollers :o) Hey I was standing among LITERALLY "HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS" of American Soldiers, who wouldn't expect all of the noise?? Ah, yes, I'm slacking at work again. I tend to only log on here while I'm at work. Probably because I'm usually busy with other things when I get home. So today's slacking involves continuing my Japanese study. I took two courses of it a couple of years ago and have continued practicing my speaking but my actual writing has slipped. So I'm copying some online lessons and practice sheets in order to review things and then bring myself back up to a good level. I'd like to actually be fluent in it. I have a pretty good background of French. (comes from learning it since kindergarten) But because of that I find myself unable to learn Spanish. It's way to similiar to French and I end up mixing things up. I used to be fluent, but due to lack of people to talk to I've lost a bit of it but it's still imprinted in my brain. So I'm working on my Japanese again. Which is fun. It helps out with watching anime. Gotta love slacking. :)

Bad Decisions!
I'm so mad at myself today! For making such terrible decisions in the past! I'm always lead by my heart instead of my mind, and it always gets me in trouble. Day 3
Today was fun, we have been dubbed the "American Pit Crew" today. We performed the things we were taught yesterday, and pretty much had to disassemble and reassemble the robot, in under 30 mins. We managed to do it about 20 minutes, multible times. We learned some new stuff too! Other than that not much else going on! By the end of training we should be dubbed "American Masters". But those are just your normal everyday fears that basically are like the boogyman, you can usually get over them as you get older, or not as the case may be. Here is a question for ya. Who is the best driver of the modern era? Being a Stewart fan I would say he is the most talented driver in NASCAR. However I am also fairly open minded and can see an argument for Harvick and Jimmie Johnson as well. Looking at all three you can quickly see why they are the best of the drivers out there. The one thing that sets them apart is Stewart has two NASCAR championships seasons as well as Busch and IRL titles. Still you have look at how Johnson has dominated the points over the past two years only to miss out on a championship as a result of the chase format. Tony Stewart wins despite running out of gas on the last lap of the Banquet 400 in Kansas. Without having to worry about points the #20 team could take a chance and go for it on fuel mileage. Today Was A Day Not To Forget(memories)
Not that most days aren't, but well this one was kind of weirdish special. I went to dinner with my aunt, and for the first time in a week sat down with my grandma. We are the three generations left of the name Amelia. We were talking about my grandma's mom Amelia, how she used to play the piano, and sing to us great grand kids. Bailey School Schedule Clarified
Platte Canyon School District officials this morning clarified an earlier schedule they sent out regarding the resumption of school activities this week. The district is asking only Fitzsimmons Middle School and Platte Canyon High School students and their parents to come to the schools between 8 and 11 a.m. on Wednesday to meet with teachers, obtain schedules and new room assignments, and to pick-up personal items left during the evacuation. A district spokeswoman said there had been confusion as to whether students and parents from Deer Creek Elementary were also asked to show up Wednesday morning. They are not. Classes will resume at the middle and high schools on Thursday. They have been closed since Wednesday, when Duane Morrison entered the high school and held several students hostage before killing 16-year-old Emily Keyes and then turning the gun on himself.

A woman and three children missing on Independence Pass since Monday were found safe this morning. Report: Suspect Admitted Killing Officer
Brighton - A man accused of shooting and killing an Aurora detective last month admitted to an officer who responded to the incident that he shot the detective, according to court documents. The responding officer, Scott Osgood, then asked Washington what he said, and Washington replied: "I shot him," the arrest warrant said. "It's OK, I'm federal, I'm with the nation," Washington said, according to the warrant. My Vacation
