Back in October, I left to spend most of my fall season outdoors, in the woods, in the nature. I don't know if anyone ever tried that before. So I disabled comments because: 1.) Hi all, I recently did an interview show with the NYC metal station METALIZATION on Podcast. Another day and there is still hell being dealt in the city where I live. How did it come down to this where it isn't safe to walk the streets in the daytime? Am I losing it or what? It was a very hot and sweaty day as I sit on the rocks with the waves crashing around me. What a beautiful site to add to my art collection. It was a smoldering summer morning, normal for Miami, when I chose to climb the wooden, six-foot-tall fence separating our backyard from our neighbor's, to retrieve the basketball that had inadvertently bounced into their yard the previous day. My New Job Bites........no, Really......it Does!!!
For about a month now I've been working in a pet store as a "2nd job". It's actually a pretty cool place to work and the combination of "slow" managers and me not really caring if I get fired allows me to pretty much just play with the animals all day. The money sucks, but I have fun and the people are pretty cool for the most part. The only real bad part is that on Wednsdays we get new animals delivered, and every one of the little fuckers seems to take it as their mission to bite me. Every one. If I get a dozen hamsters, I get a dozen lil' bites. It got to where I wouldn't even pick 'em up anymore. I just put the tank next to the shipping crate and sorta flip the little vermin up in the air and into the tanks. The last straw was with a box of feeder rats. These are big nasty rats that people buy to feed to their pet snakes. They are the lowest animal on the pet shop totem pole. I open the crate to transfer them and the first one I grab gets me. I'm like, "Bitch...that is it!!!".

What I Have Realized....
I've been through so much shit in the past couple of months. I've learned so much about myself and about life in general. First and foremost, I've become forgiving. It's something you have to do, you have to dig deep inside your heart to forgive people. It's definatly not easy especially when you've been hurt soooo badly but if you can't forgive then the pain will eat at you every single day. Forgive for YOURSELF not for the other person or other people. Never lose faith or stop believing; hope is important even if you've been let down so many times before. If you don't have hope for something good or for a better day than you probably won't see one. Somehow have to find the positive in your life. But don't worry because it is true, what goes around comes back around. And if something IS meant to be, then no matter what, it will be. Well, friends, it appears as if we have a small victory. Apparently, this afternoon at my place of employment, the whites have achieved a small victory. The director of human resources, discussed in my "Workplace Diversity" blog, has had his employment terminated. Apparently, after the knife fight that took place between two recently-hired felons in our lunchroom, the president of the company finally took issue with the HR director's "If it's White, it ain't right" hiring policies. Hopefully, the new director of human resources will weed out, rather than recruit, convicted fellons and sex offenders in the hiring process. 88/14 Brothers and Sisters.

I'm not really purely anxious, it's the five minutes of making sure my footnotes hadn't been killed when I re-ordered some of my sentences for my second submitted Primary Sources essay that put me at a 12:04AM submission with a due date being "by midnight, December 8, 2006."
