Never Thought It Would Be This Good
I was so lost in my past not knowing if I was coming or going . living with someone that only caused me pain everyday for 17 years until I said to myself thats it i'm done time for me to be happy now and i walked away with only my boys and my soul. Then after almost a year I was on myspace when this man messaged me . we talked all night long until it was time for him to goto work the next morning . then when he got home we talked for more on yahoo .Now it's been a year since that day and we are so much in love and so much a like . never been in a fight with him we sit and talk about what is on each others minds. We both agree that we were made to with each other forever . 15.5 ounce cans: 1 can pork and beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans 1 can crushed tomatoes 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 medium green pepper diced 1 medium onion, diced 4 ounces tomato paste 1 pkg chili seasoning (any brand) 1 pound beef stew meat Drain and rinse: kidney, pinto, and black beans In Crock-Pot add: tomato products and chili seasoning then stir together. (You may optionally pre-brown the meat before adding to Crock-Pot.) Add all remaining ingredients (beans, onion, pepper & meat) Simmer on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours, stir at times double recipe in large Crock-Pot requires no change in cook time serve with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream. 1-1/2 lbs. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp 1-2 tbls. chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbls. veg. or olive oil 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth 1 tbls. prepared mustard 1 tbls. Worcestershire sauce 1/2-3/4 cup butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbls. fresh lemon juice 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked 1/2 cup fresh parsley, optional 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Peel shrimp and devein. Saute peppers and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until throughly heated. Note: (you could and should slice open peppers to remove seeds to tone down the heat. Chicken Ala Hawaiian
1 green bell pepper 2 c. cubed chicken 3 c. cooked rice 1 (13-16 oz.) can pineapple bits 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 c. toasted almonds Cut green pepper in strips and set aside. Drain pineapple, saving juice in saucepan. In skillet heat oil and cook green pepper with garlic until tender. Blend in soup and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Add chicken, pineapple and soy sauce. Heat stirring now and then until done. Serve over rice and top with almonds. Serves 4.

Whole Avocado Stuffed With Crabmeat
2 lbs. fresh lump crabmeat 8 med. tomatoes 3 tbsp. chopped chives 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 4 tbsp. chili sauce 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Juice of 1 lemon 2 tsp. vinegar 6 whole ripe avocados 1 head Romaine lettuce Clean crabmeat of shells being careful to keep as many large lumps as possible. Peel, seed, chop and drain 5 of the tomatoes. Combine them with chives, parsley, mayonnaise, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and vinegar. Gently fold this mixture into the crabmeat. For each serving halve an avocado and remove the pit. Cut the bottom of 1/2 avocado so that it will lie flat and place it in the center of a large leaf of romaine lettuce. Stuff it with 5 to 6 ounces of the crabmeat salad. Arrange avocado and tomato slices alternately around the stuffed avocado. Repeat for each serving. Serves 6.

Empanada De Queso (cheesy Bread)
1/2 inch cubes Velveeta cheese (approx 6-8) 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 3 tbsp flour (in case dough doesn't form) 1 teaspoon salt 1 package fast rising yeast 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 cup warm milk (you can use powder milk like Nido or Klim) 1 egg 1/1 tbsp butter or margerine peanut oil for frying Combine flour and salt. Combine yeast, sugar, and warm milk and let proof (foam up) for about 5 minutes. Add the yeast mix to the flour. Do not over mix. Add the eggs and butter and mix until dough comes together. If it is too wet just add more flour a tablespoon at a time until a very soft/slightly sticky dough forms. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for no more than one minute. If you overknead you'll get a very heavy bread. Form into a large ball and place in a clean buttered container (preferable Tupperware). Strip Steak With Mushrooms
2 boneless sirloin strip steaks, 10 oz. each 8 tbsp. butter 1 c. sliced green onions 1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned-trimmed, whole or sliced Salt and pepper 2 tbsp. lemon Cut steaks into 1/2 inch by 2 inch strips. Heat 3 tablespoons of the butter in frying pan or heavy skillet. Over high heat, saute meat 3 to 4 minutes tossing constantly until meat is cooked to your likeness. Remove and keep warm. Add green onions and mushroom saute 3 to 4 minutes. Add the juice of lemon juice and meat drippings. Boil over high heat about until juices are a glaze about 1/4-inch deep in pan. Something has been on my mind for sometime now. When I was living in Iowa and married to a person that will remain name less. I wrote a book which got tossed in the trash if you can beleave that. Well I didnt write yesterday and I am sorry for that. Yesterday was a very good day. Nothing happen to make it a good day it just was a good one. Hell work even ran easy. Marinated Salmon Steaks Or Fillets
(When using fillets, I usually remove the bottom skin of the fish since it makes it easier to marinate throughout.) Spray the bottom of the pan with Pam (or whatever) and sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder over it. Lay the fish on the pan and sprinkle the top with a little garlic powder. Mix up marinade: 1/3 seasoned rice wine vinegar, lite (Kosher) 1/3 water 1/3 teriyaki marinade (It can be tablespoons, 1/8 cup, 1/4 cup, etc., each, depending on the amount of fish you are using.) Pour marinade over fish and let stand for half the time you are marinating, then turn over the fish and marinate the other side for the balance of the time. Preheat oven to about 375 degrees; spoon a little marinade over the top of the fish, sprinkle either dried parsley flakes (crushed), or dried dill weed or freshly snipped dill over the top of the salmon, bake between 10-15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish), then put under the

STUFFING: 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lb. Mozzarella, grated 1 pt. ricotta (low fat) 2 scallions, sliced 2 tbsp. basil 1 tbsp. salt 1 lb. manicotti noodles Jar of spaghetti sauce 9 x 13 inch baking dish (or larger dish) Brown meat; season with basil and salt. Drain well; let cool. Combine meat, grated Mozzarella, ricotta, scallions. Stuffing should be very heavy. Cook manicotti according to package MINUS 1/3 of the suggested time; manicotti should be a little stiff. Stuff each manicotti. If noodle tears, just press it into stuffing and lay torn side down in pan. Pour small amount of sauce in bottom of baking dish. Place stuffed noodles in dish, cover with sauce and crumbled stuffing mix if there is any left over. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Freezes and reheats well.

Stir Fry Sweet & Sour Chicken
3 boneless skinless chicken breast sesame seeds (optional) 1 green bell pepper (julienned) 1 clove of garlic (chopped) 2 1/2 tbsp. of coconut oil 1 jar of La Choy sweet and sour sauce Cube chicken into desired chuncks; set aside. Heat oil until melted over low heat. Add sesame seeds and chopped garlic, stir to mix together, turn up heat to med-hi, and add chicken. Stir fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked, then add bell pepper and sweet and sour sauce. Stir and turn down heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until bell pepper is soft and tender. Serves 2-3.

Coconut Chicken
2/3 c. Bisquick 2/3 c. flaked coconut 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk 2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1/4 c. butter, melted Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix Bisquick, coconut, paprika, and salt; set aside. Mix milk and mustard. Dip chicken in milk mixture; coat with coconut mixture. Place in ungreased rectangular pan and drizzle with butter. Bake 35-40 minutes. Serves 4.

Baked Parmesan Chicken
1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated) 2 tsp dried basil leaves 1 tsp dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup milk 6 split chicken breasts Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 13x9in baking pan melt butter in oven. Meanwhile in bowl mix all ingredients exept milk and chicken. Dip chicken breasts in milk and then coat in flour mixture. Dip chicken in butter then place skin side up in pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown. (Parmesan cheese forms a crunchy coating on this oven-baked chicken.)

Progress Reissiger-ish
This relates to, most recently, this blog post I believe about the Reissiger piano trio LilyPond project I'm on about (that I've resumed the last few days.) Seem to have miscounted the number of bars in the movement several times; have ceased to worry about it. When this is done, I'll have the length. And I'm getting closer. I think maybe 90 bars from, or so, now, being done - except for tweaking- maybe a lot of tweaking- out of a total of somewhere around 400. Just the one movement out of four, but still!

I know what I need most right now is a distraction and to finally relax. Which would include some time to myself which I never seem to get. I am lucky if I get anymore than 15 minutes a day to myself and that is in the shower. But if I am at home that isn't to myself for my little girl thinks it is great to help mom take a shower. Which yes it is cute but takes twice as long. I am lost in all of the chaos with so much to worry about. Unable to take the time to relax or think about me at all. Friends And Other People
Perhaps the whole fascination with Myspace and CT have confused some people on the idea or definition of "friends". It's easy and a simple way to categorize people for internet pages...you know, fans, friends and family. Here's my definition, if you know something about me that isn't posted on my profile or in my blogs then I consider you close enough to be my friend and share that information with you. That is my definition, you may have your own. If I work with you, or know you in passing sorry you are an acquaintance. I try not to be friends with my co-workers due to the fact that I want time away from work, and to not be reminded of it. Additionally, I have an interesting life outside of work and I don't need that getting back to my supervisors. This is why my friends list gets whittled down, and the list remains small. AS many of you may be learning I'm not on that often and when I am it's not for very long. With raising a small child , running a home based business and trying to be there for my teen son I have my hands full and not much time for myself. Just an little story I wrote.... Thank goodness it is Friday, I was thinking, as the week had been a long and exhausting one. Suprisingly this last day of my work week was going swiftly. Howdy Doodie!
Ha! I said doodie! Anyway...not much going on here. Just thought I would make a blog and say...exactly what I don't know. Well I just woke up so give me some credit for getting this far. So there I was naked..thigh deep...in chocolate pudding! Alright I've had it! I have seen so many polls, bulletins and topics on the subject of "skinny vs. thick" girls and I'm sick of it. What purpose does this debate serve? Today, i was fired from my job. Seems simple enough, doesn't it? This is not the case however. My (now ex) boss informed that not only have there been several complaints about my attitude towards customers (in the whole 6 days that i have worked there) but that members of staff have backed these complaints up....i wouldn't be bothered about this if these complaints were to be of truth. Feeling Terrible
My allergy to grass pollen has hit an all time high. The grass pollen of western Oregon is extremely HIGH right now and my head is completely congested, I have a terrible sinus headache, my nose is running, and my eyes are watering.
