Cowboys Are The NFC East Champions After a very long and hard fought season, the Cowboys have officially clinched the NFC East Division Title. In a very ironic twist of fate, the Cowboys were behind for over 59 minutes of today's game against the Detroit Lions. It was not until the fourth quarter with just seconds left in a 27-21 game, that a Tony Romo touchdown strike to Jason Witten tied the score at 27-27, and then Nick Folk sealed the deal with the extra point. Well just a little update. I had went to the doctors today because, I had hurt my knee. Well after many of x-rays and a MRI It seems I had torn a legement in my knee. Yes it does hurt like a son of a gun lol. anyway they have me in a knee brace. They have me on some pain meds which really makes me goofy lol. I will update you all when I find out more when I go back to the doctor.

My Hubby And I
so my husband and I had a little misunderstanding between us. It was becoming the "norm" to fight all the time and be at each others throat. We were both unhappy and we sick of looking at each other. Yesterday I did a lot of thinking about my 15 year old son. We really need to keep a closer eye on him and take away a lot of his freedom for a while until he proves to us he is really trying. Last night I was listening to music and chatting after a long ass day of working; I began to realize "damn!!! I am going to be 42 yrs old on Tuesday." Wrote this a while back. Wanted to post it. I like being a girl. I don't know why all of the sudden I have just thought of this tonight, but I did and I just felt compelled to put it out there. hey everyone sorry i wont be on much in the next few days. I had a little accident today and wound up with some third degree burns so I don't know how much i'll be on. When I am on here I hope everyone will pardon me if I type verry slow I have no use of my left hand at this time. Christmas time is supposed to be "fun" and "spiritual" and "religious" (for those that are religious). A time to gather with friends and family and celebrate life in general. Blah, Blah, Blah! Christianity! Is it dead or does it still flurish? The word itself means many things to many people. For myself, IT means I have not the right to judge others for what they may or may not have done in they're past. Weather it be true or not is not my place to judge. For those who listen to this gossip, then they are as guilty as those who spread it. Christianity is a good word but only as good as those who use it wisely and in the text for which it was created. Okay all my Wisconsin friends and family, Oklahoma got its ass kicked with a wicked ice storm. Were all ok, as well as others around us. The wifes resturant closed early on day 1 and early on day 2 due to power outage but otherwise remains open. Christmas Cookie Recipe 1 cup of water 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 cup of brown sugar lemon juice 4 large eggs 1 cup nuts 2 cups of dried fruit 1 bottle Crown Royal Directions: 1. Sample the Crown Royal to check quality. 2. Take a large bowl, check the Crown Royal again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. 3. OK, it just seems to me that kids today get by with way too much. They are too spoiled and pampered. You can't discipline them because of CPS, everything is abuse. Cowboys News: A Roster Move The Cowboys signed rookie cornerback Alan Ball to the 53-man roster yesterday and waived nose tackle Remi Ayodele. Ayodele has been inactive since Tank Johnson was signed, which also happens to the last time the Cowboys made a roster move. This year the Cowboys have only made 10 roster changes, compared with last years 53 at this point of the season. With Terence Newman's season long leg injury, Ball will hopefully provide a decent backup if needed. Ball had a decent preseason but a minor knee injury kept him from the team and left him on the practice squad. Signing the seventh round pick rookie also gives the Cowboys the rights to him. If practice squad players are not signed, they become free agents after the season.

Holy Shit!!
So I went to the grocery store today. This is usually an easy task to perform, assuming you are a normal person. You get there, get the groceries you need, pay for it, then leave. I, however, am not normal. I got there at a decent time, about 5pm, maybe closer to 6, I'm not exactly sure. For all of you in education, with sons, grandsons, or who just love the things little kids say ~ a reminder that adult words are often taken literally. "Circumcised" (this is priceless!) Sitting here listening to Otis Redding sing "Dreaming of a White Christmas" I begin to think of what mine will be like. Once upon a time my house glowed with happiness and cheer around Christmas time, and now that glow is extremely dull. As the years have gone by I noticed that people hardly dream for a white Christmas any more; they just want Christmas to come so that bills and other responsibilities can be neglected as they feel obligated to provide just a few hours of satisfaction to the ones they care for.
