You Know It's Pretty Bad!
You know, it's pretty bad when you have Vonage and have unlimited local and long distance and yet the only people I talk to is for the most part my family or maybe one or two other people. OK, so I wrote this actually as a descriptive essay for a class a few years ago. I have an Aunt in the nursing home now, who most likely will not make it to Thanksgiving. So I am giving myself a task. You have made a difference in my life even if you don't realize it, and you I love you for what you have meant to me. Please... Taking A Break..........

12/26/08 update Well, it t'was a Charley Brown Xmas ... to a point. Lemme tell you, those of you who are divorced, become FRIENDS with your ex. Firstly, the kids will THRIVE. Dinner For Nov 8, 2008
These last few week have been difficult for me and had been affecting me. My family knew it and decided to cheer me up. They made a wonderful meal for me. First course was salad of baby field greens, apples, cranberries, walnuts with a raspberry pomegranate vinaigrette. Second course was home made split pea soup. Main course was grilled brined pork chops, grilled asparagus and cherry tomatoes and mashed butternut squash with marscapone cheese. Dessert, what else.....so'mores over an open fire pit! No More Trains For Me!
This is a slight carry on from yesterdays blog, just incase some didnt see it. I have got a lot on my plate, I am lucky that Porl is here to share what is going on ... I feel so disappointed and let down by the schooling systems and authorities and if your a real friend you will know what is going on. Whilst I enjoyed the trains I also noticed that for every train of say 100 members out of that I'd say I hear from 2-5 people and keep in contact, I also am strict with the no salute no add, due to issues which again real friends will know why I do this,this is why I am calling a holt to the trains, I still screen every person on the train lists to see if they have salutes, I have come across some in the past that dont have salutes so dont RAF and then get off them " you didnt RAF me" and when I explain why they harrass me, and with things how they are for me at the moment I havent got the time to screen everyone on a train. Well here it is on September 15 I was sent Arizona to help raise my other daughter and maybe restart a relationship back with her mother and go on with life. What I left In Oklahoma was a wife of 25 years and a 18 year old my wife said it was time to raise my other kiddo We divorced on great terms she is and always will be my best friend so i flew to Arizona and started a new life and in November of 07 Terrie was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer and then and on December 3rd they took her left breast and 21 lipnoids and 14 were infected with cancer and then we started chemo and it was under control in June it was under 6 for the cancer count in great shape and then in September she had a problem with her Gaul balder and found it was not working and they said that if it wasn't working it might be the cancer in her liver and it could be flaring back up. Life is changing so much and I am honestly loving it! My Loss
I recently lost my husband of 22yrs to pancreatitis. He fought a 3 1/2 month long battle! I have been gone for over a month from fubar, not just to take some time for myself to get adjusted to the changes in my life but also due to my pc crashing. I was overwhelmed at the messages of kindness and love that have filled my mailbox. I never realized I had so many wonderful friends here on fubar. It touched my heart so that my eyes filled with tears. What's Going On With Me...

My daughter is in the hospital due to pre-term labor. She isn't due until January 31st but has been in the hospital for the last week and a half. They are doing everything they can to stop delivery for as long as they can but we aren't sure how long that will work. With her being in the hospital of course I have her son here with me. My youngest daughter, Jessi, is having problems with her pregnancy. The doctor is thinking of inducing labor friday, depending on some test results, or at the latest, next week. Her blood pressure is going up again, she is retaining fluids, and the doctor is concerned that her kidneys may be swelling. She is 37 weeks along now so the baby should be fully developed. I know how many people get excited over a tv show except for mom over Law and order. Proably real gay, but i don't care I have grown attached and have maybe the slightest crush on the guy who plays jax teller and i have not had a crush i think i was a jr in high school. And those Harley's OOOOOH, so sweet. It is the scruffy bad boy image i don't know why i am a sucker for it. And the blonde hair and blue eyes. Plus it has is very demented comedy moments that i love. But now whole seven days before the next one. i can't even go over the plot except for it is a motorcyle club and I LOVE IT, it is the first series i have been able to watch in full in four yrs. Why So Many Movies??
Hey all, The reason why I am watching all these movies is because I am really sick and tired of not being able to have a conversation w/ one or a group about a movie that EVERYONE has seen...for example...like, "omg you know that seen in goodfellas when blah blah blah...blah blah blah" and i'm like "no", and they're like "OMG!, you never seen that movie??" My Dad
My Dad ( 1908-1974) I was very fortunate growing up, I had a wonderful man for my dad. My Dad was born on Novemeber 15, 1908 in Burlingame CA. After all these years the house is still standing. My Dad and his parents moved to Reno, Nevada and thats where he met my mom. I was born March 19, 1952 in Reno Nevada. It was great growing up there. Dad use to race boats on Lake Tahoe and he really enjoyed it. My Dad and Grandpa had their own construction busines in Reno WAtkins and Son Millwork so I learned from an early age all about construction and yes I can still read blue prints lol. Daddy was Coast Guard certified so he could patrol the lakes in the Reno-Tahoe area. He loved it. I remember always going on the boat with him, yes i had to be certified too. Daddy could always take a gloomy day for me and turn it into a smile. He had this little tune he would always whistle. This time of the month is very hard on me as Daddy.s birthday is the 15th of this month. Had my Dad liv

I doubt if anyone in the UK has missed the shocking news of baby P, sadly again another child slips through the net of people that are suppose to look after such vulnerable children. R.i.p Ginnie & Ashley
On November 15,2006 two friends of our family,16 yr.old Ginnie & her 15 yr.old sister Ashley were in an automobile accident on their way to school that morning. Ginnie, who was driving was killed instantly when the front right wheel of her car went off the road and she over corrected,sending her vehicle spinning across the other lane,through a ditch and into a tree.Ashley died a week later. It`s strange that it`s so near the anniversary of their deaths when I was on Myspace last night looking through recent pics my son Shane had uploaded and then began looking through his old pics and found these comments made by Ginnie & Ashley about a month and a half before they were killed. There was nothing on Ashley`s Myspace page,but I took this screen shot of Ginnie`s to show the last log in was actually the day she died. Fubar Shit
This has been on my mind for some time. Everyone can see that I'm in my 40s. Most of Fubar members are in their 20s or 30s, but I have seen a constant degree of insults by the younger people in here especialy when I'm asking for their imput. If it's not regarding my age, its the insulting way they correct my spelling errors, and it's pissing me off. I think there are better ways to talk to someone then to cut them down. If I were a woman in my 40s I would be getting hit on by the same sex crazed boys who find it fun to take their own insecurities out on someone who has already sowen his oats. What the fuck is wrong with my age that gets to you. Do you not think that I should be on here? When your in your 20s its cool to be here and if your in your 40s your a perv or something? At least I don't spend all day hitting on girls. Remember this kids .... one day you'll be 40.

What Is The Definition Of Love?
What is the definition of Love? Is it having that tingling feeling in your stomach when their name gets brough up or the smile that magically comes acrossed your face when you think about him? Or what about the knowing that he could be your forever and he doesn't want to be with anyone but you. But then why do people use the word "love" so loosely? It's not a game; love. A New Perspective
First I want to say after this blog is posted I will not be on till later tonight. I feel the need to be around people in a real setting. After 15 years working in law enforcement something happened today I had hoped would never happen. I work in a small town government center where nothing ever goes on and I received a call no one wants to get. A fellow officer and a great friend was attacked by an inmate with the intent of taking a life. As I was responded we got the call the inmate had the officer's weapon. As I entered the area the call went out that a shot was fired. I opened the door to find my friend fighting for his life with a gun pointed at him. With our weapons drawn. we attacked the defendant with all that we had. We were able to subdue him without loss of life or any further injuries. My Diet
Well, so I am a thousand miles away from my husband. He is in New Orleans and I am up in PA. We have been away from each other since the November 1st and it is staring to get to the both of us. Him more than me, but he keeps asking me to send him pics. Well, I am very self concious as it is and now with the whole picture thing, I am very self concious, so I have decided I need very much so to go on a diet. And start exercising. I plan on starting tomorrow. And I hope to lose at least 5lbs before Chad gets here for Thanksgiving. Then I hope to lose at least another 10-15 before Christmas. My goal is to lose 30-40 lbs before I go home for Mardi Gras. I weigh 160 now, which is not that bad, but I want to be 120. So cheer me on...because this is going to be tough! Especially with my sister around baking sweets everyday-she is a sabotoger!

A Stress Reliever
