Contradictions
I can be a very contradicting person. I love to cook but rather others cook for me. I love the beach, but I don't like going if it's hot or if there will be tons of people there. I don't like it when people are loud at my house, but I am usually the loudest one; especially after a few beers. I say I shouldn't eat fast food, then order a burger and fries. I will also get scared of scary movies, but watch them all the time. I like to be lazy but hate to be bored. I am not a liar, I just sometimes can be a hypocrite; even though I try hard not to be; that's a big pet peev of mine. If anything, I am too honest for my own good. I'm a home-body, I like to stay in and watch TV, watch movies, or read. But I get tired of being at home all the time. If I find a good book, I can read it in a day and not put it down. I love my alone time, it helps me sort out my life when things become overwhelming. I love to meet new and interesting people, but I have social anxiety and a people

Baby Having Surgery
Okay guys my 8 month old baby is going in for surgery tommorrow morning. This wil be surgery number 6 for him. Those of you close to me know the deal with everything. Those of you who arnt he has a detached retina and glaucoma in the left eye which has made him blind. And he has a heart murmer and seizure disorder. He has a hard time with surgerys and being put to sleep. This is the last of the surgerys and the most intense and important. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. 2/6/08 Well lastnight we had an outbreak of Tornados. We lost pretty much a whole town.Thankfuly there was more damge than deaths.As i drove through the little town of Highland AR I realized i was crying, as i seen those people trying to save what they could from the pile of wood they used to call thier house my heart broke.I wanted to get out and help anyway i could i would of if they would of let us stop.I am asking please keep this town in your prayers we have no jobs left so this is going to effect ALOT of people.And prayer will highly be appreciated. What I Think...
I know a lot of you have opinions on rating pics, and that the tradition is that a picture either gets a rating of "10" or doesn't get rated at all. However, if that is so, then why have numbers 1-9 available for ratings? Wouldn't it simply be easier to have a "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" rating system? Frankly, I think that if a particular picture is rated at less than "10" then the person who did the rating is well within his or her right to rate it as such. That said, it doesn't necessarily mean that the person being rated is unattractive, or even unattractive to the person doing the rating. It may well be that the photo is simply not 10-worthy, and for reasons other than the person IN the photo. I, personally, tend to see the tradition of "rate it a 10 or don't rate it" as, somehow, Political Correctness run amok in the world of Fubar. At any rate, I say, "be nice, but be truthful, also." H & R Mistake Lol
So I like to goto H & R or Jackson and Hewitt to do my taxes every year, even though it's just a 1040 EZ I get the G.I. Bill for my active service and like to be careful about how that effects my income. I went to H & R Block "tax professionals" last year to do my taxes and apparently they weren't supposed to itemize my G.I. Bill, which she did anyway ..basically the tax professionals screwed up my 1040 EZ tax form. I was in there the other day and I owed 92 in taxes, which isn't bad, when she decided to review last years tax return on file, she went into a dead panic and got her supervisor who told me that they are going to have to file an ammendment to last years taxes on top of this years tax return to the tune of about 260.00 for their mistake, that they will cover the penalties, but I will owe them 53.00 for their services. Honestly folks, if they can't get a 1040 EZ tax form right, would you trust them with your mortgage? Think next year I'll goto Jackson & Hewitt.

So today was day two in carrying out the lesson plan I made for Geometry (which I'm teaching to the fourth grade class I'm assigned to. Basically I'm having the students make short skits using the geometry terms in groups of three or four. One of the groups was having trouble deciding what to do so I started spouting off possible scenarious they could try. They decided they liked the idea of a game show. They quickly set to work on creating what they thought would be a good cross between funny and informational. I was relieved since these three students did not originally want to work together. Why is it so difficult to accept people for who they are, and not what they are or might become? There is no cure for whats killing me, and the parts that are broken can never be repaired. I hate so much that I cannot feel love, and sometimes I think that I dont want to! There was a time in my life when all i wanted was her. I would have sold my soul to keep her, of that i was sure. She was a fantasy made real, that was best left unfulfilled. Help A Mother With Issues
what is the most important quality that a person can have raising teenagers out of control. Don't get me wrong I love my kids they are just beyond my comprehension, because they have been treated like adults since they were between the ages of 7-10, now that there 13-17, the job is really hard. To answer the obvious question they have not always stayed with me, but with there father and God knows my limit at times has been reached anyone who has insight holla back. What Have I Been Up To!
Last part of last year really was rough for me. So hoping this year was going to be good. I had just moved and finally get stuff unpacked and I started having pain on my left side. Im one of those people who if they are in pain say "ehh it will go away" and leave it at that. But one night went to bed in severe pain thinking it would go away but it woke me up at 3 am. Went to emergency room and found out I had a mass on my left ovary. They sent me home with pain killers for a couple of days and then doctor called after looking at catscan and said I had a tumor about the size of a baseball. So within a couple days I was having surgery to remove the tumor and ovary. It has been two weeks and the doctor told me it was benign. So all is well other than this scar that I have from my belly button all the way to down town lol. Im still sore as hell but at least I have piece of mind knowing it wasn't cancerous. So I am off to a good year :sarcasm:

There is alot of drama going around about who did what and who should be charged with what. There is also alot of finger pointing and accusing going on as well. I have read story after story, and felt grief for each and every person that has some thing terrible happen to them. In theory we have all encountered some sort of loss in our life, either loss by death or loss due to other reasons. Being a Veteran of the Iraqi war I have seen many of my closest friends lose their lives right in front of me, the most painful part of this is thinking to your self what could I have done to prevent this. It's Been A Year Dad......
Its been a year......and still the pain and tears have not gone away.....it seems like just yesterday i was taking my first steps with you there behind me watching me in awe as i walked across the living room.....seems like just yesterday you were watching me graduate high school....the look of undeniable pride on your face as i recieved my diploma......and it seems like just yesterday i was holding your hand as you passed away before my eyes. Sitting here realizing that this next week is going to be so hard on me. Not only am I feeling like I am getting older (my daughter turns 18 on Valentine's Day) but the day after my daughters birthday last year I had to put my dog of 12 years down. Why is it that people will tell you things you would rather not know to make themselves feel better? Monster Jam
On Janurary 26th,2008 I went to the Monster Jam in Indianapolis, Indiana. My family, my best friend, my boyfriend, and I all went. I was watching my son's 2006 graduation DVD and couldn't believe how much my kids have grown and changed in a little over a year and a half. They've grown like crazy lol. Alright, I know this is a pretty heavy subject for a first post, but... I wonder if we can really find Nirvana? I've become fed up with Catholicism, and I've decided that Buddhism is probably the best religion for me. But I'm also wondering about the need for a religion at all. college life of a lost and lonley man...Its funny how I have always been a day late and a dollar short. I some how pulled out being an RA this semester. Ive talked to a few people lately, and of course everybody is asking, how I am. Well the truth is not very well, I feel as if I am a little rowing boat in the middle of the largest ocean, just sailing around aimlisly, without any direction. I have been spending more time with my children and family as well, which is natural. Puter Going Into Shop
This morning we had not one but two power outages the second woke me up because puter was beeping. We have tried resitting the processor and fan as well as taking cmos battery out waiting and putting it back in so far just a set of beeps and no boot. Unfortunately this means some fubar but not much as this puter is 1/3 the speed and 1/2 the memory of mine. This also means no djing until I can get it fixed :(. International Singles Awareness Day
The whole idea of valentines day is a subject well exhausted so i won't bother to bore you with further dribble about the day...i just felt the need to blog this one little tidbit! My Health

Love And Relationships
My life has sucked for years and then I found this wonderful man and I love him with all my hart and soul. I know I’ve made mistakes and I’m sorry for them. I would do anything for this man I would give him the world and more if I could. I’ve stuck by him through a lot and I’ve always been there and trusted him and I still did everything I could to help him when he needed help. I wish I could rewind time and go back and do things over again between him and I and other things in my past but I know rewinding time and going back in impossible to do so all I can do is hope and pray that things will get better between him and I and in my life period. Pos Van..
Grrr at this van. The van wouldn't start for rick the other day and it turned out that a light was left on over night. Today i went out to start it to warm it up for me to switch cars with rick and go to class and again it wouldn't start.. So i'm not going to class today!!!! I did however pass my test on Friday last week, I got a 86.5%. I was very excited.

Halloween- My boys, from my 40th party album decided it was time again to stop the tour bus and pick me up for as always, a WILD RIDE lol No, dirty minds *tsk tsk* lol Their wives were there lol But the boys always make sure that I have a great time at every show. Always a surprise for me. We were friends long before they hit the touring and CD's...So, they took me to this small town in Wachula where another well known band was playing as well. What a blast!!!!! going to the docs today to get an ultrasound on my thyroid....during a doc visit they found the left thyroid was much bigger than the left. I went in the first place because I woke up about 2 Saturdays ago with extreme dizziness. It was so bad I fell. Happy that the bed was underneath me. Well went to our after-hours and they diagnosed me with having fluid in my ear, gave me a script for meclizine and sent me home. I had to sleep for the next week w/ 2 pillows under my head and in an almost sitting position for my vertigo to cease. What a terrible week. The 2nd week was not as bad. Just couldn't sleep on my right side with out the room spinning, and thats my fav side to sleep on. I called my doc and told him I still have the symptoms even though they are not as bad now. He is sending me to get an ultrasound and bloodwork done on my thyroid. I get that done today. Hope I am dying a slow death or something to joke about. I hope I am is not dying or something lol j/k I know it is not funn

I wake knowing she is in bed next to me. I know not because I see her but because I feel her. Death In The Family
