Brain Dump
Well after missing most of the week of work last week due to the flu I am back here at my desk. It's not that I hate my job but I can fully do my job from home and it sucks that upper management won't let us do that. So this weekend has been a very good eye opener for me I have reagained my stability as a human and joing the ranks of the adults. I currently am single and the roommate of an ex fiance till his divorce is finnally done (it should have been done 2 years ago). Status Update
just want you all to know I am not ignoring you. Just been really busy. Classes are keeping me busy and strugling to keep up. Things have been really busy at the funeral home. Add to that I was really sick for a couple of days, still not 100% but close. on top of that I have been trying to make some repairs on my computer and haven't been having a lot of luck with that. Trying to install a new video card, just have gotten tired of my screen always blinking black. I currently have an nvida FX5200 with 256mb of memory, trying to update it with a XFX nvida FX6200 with 512mb of memory. Think I have it narrowed down to either a bad card or I need a new power supply, I hope I don't have to replace the power supply. Not sure my skills are up to that. So anyway that is why I haven't been around. and now I need to get back to my homework. When things slow down I will be back. I am not ignoring any of you on purpose, just not even time in the days or energy in my old body.

Oh Baby!
Went to the doctor, and although we weren't able to get an ultrasound, I did hear its heartbeat through the machine thingie. Doctor says it sounds healthy =) Can't wait till we can find out the sex. AHH I saw its little face! It was soo cute for a squirrel looking thing. 10 weeks and counting! 3 more weeks till we can tell the sex. We went to our second apointment, and they found the heartbeat. YAY! Good things, good times. We both have a really good feeling about this one. It's right where it should be, and making me sick as hell! A small price to pay for such a wonderful gift. Both Daddy and I are very excited and can't wait! We have two ultrasound pictures of him/her already and are getting a third on the 15th. Though she gave him all of her love little did he ever return. Endless nights of lonliness for his love she sat and yearned. He had no time to notice how her heart was slowly dying. I happened to be out and about today and my cell phone lost reception for some odd reason. I'll Miss Him
This morning at 4:02am PST. My older brother passed away. He was only 29. It was a shock, i have been busy with school and havne't really talked to him in almost 2 years. I can't stop thinking about our childhood, everything we did together. I think about how precouis life is. Please everyone, take a second out of your busy day and let those loved ones around you know how you feel. You might not get a second chance.

Banana Bread
Banana Nut Bread 5 ripe bananas, well mashed 2 eggs 2 cups plain flour ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ cup nuts (can be walnuts, pecans, brazil nuts) Cinnamon Preheat oven to 350. Grease a loaf pan. Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl. In another bowl put flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. When the bananas and eggs are mixed up good together, I then sprinkle cinnamon in the mixture. I usually put in a enough till it looks right. (I know that’s not very helpful, but maybe about 4 or 5 shakes) You don’t want it to dark. Then I add the nuts. (I use pecans or whatever nuts I get from my folks.) I have used a mixture of nuts. Now add the remaining ingredients (the flour mixture). Mix well. Spoon in loaf pan and cook for one hour. Remove from pan and cool on baking rack. This is a recipe I got from the Fannie Farmer Cookbook and added some changes of my own.

My daughter was born Fri. March 7, 2008 at 1:04pm. She weighed 3lbs and 11oz. She was admited to Riley Childrens hospital that night about 8:30. They docters took her by C-section, and then she was put into an incubator and was kept there until she was transford. I got to see her for a total of 5 min. Today is the 10th and I was released from the hospital and was able to see my daughter for the first time since she was born. The hardest thing to deal with was not being able to see her. I haven't got to hold her yet and hopefully soon I will be able to.

If I Seem Out Of Touch.........
At last!!! Surgery went well!! My little man came through with flying colors!! Recovery took the longest. He had a little bit of a rough time there, but now, all is well. Today was his first day back to school. That seems to have gone well too. He's not happy about the restrictions that he has, but as of this Saturday, he gets the green light to do what he wants. I sure hope this is the end of his mysterious abdominal pain he was having. Time will tell I guess. I want to thank everyone for the kind words and support they have shown me. I just about had a heart attack! I kid you not. Some friends of mine got their cell phone bill last weekend and were in for a huge shock! Sean knew it wasn't good news when the cell phone bill was about twice the size it normally it is paper. Just Blabbering...
It's 2pm here in Fla and I just awoke from another wonderful 3hrs of sleep! I think the sarcasm is obvious...I work the overnight shift(11pm-7am) and have been doing so, for the last 2yrs at my current job. Initially everything was fine, I got at least 6hrs a day of sleep and never had a problem with wkend adjustments. But something has just gone absolutely insanely wrong the last 3mnths. I'm barely able to keep my schedule and I can't even remember the joys of a 6hr rest session, let alone anything longer. I can't explain it, but it's really starting to affect me. I'm nodding off on the job, and I operate machinery, so that's not going to work. I'm constantly 'stuck' in neutral because my body never gets a chance to fully rest/re-energize. I've even tried to take sleeping pills(Tylenol PMs ), yet here I am 3hrs later; AWAKE. I really don't have any stress in my life that would be a trigger for this, so I'm just left dumb-founded and tired. Well, I'm off to try again... Don't you ju

Evening (released june 2007) i'd give it 1 1/2 out of 5 stars A dramatic and mature chick flick (Claire Danes, Vanessa Redgrave, Meryl Streep, Glenn Close) .. I'm a bit surprised there's any old-school women out there still alive to make them ..ok, I suppose our culture isnt quite that impoverished yet ..so, rather, I'm surprised there's still a hollywood backing for old-school chick flicks, especially dramatic and mature ones. The essence of woman, however, is intended but never deeply brought across in the film (unlike, say, as for instance, was very well accomplished in the retrospect narratives of the film How To Make An American Quilt) ..the film never dwells, as a film always should for the sake of a dynamic portrayal of a woman ..there is far too much 'skipping along' ..the only redemption might be if one could say this movie is meant to be a realistic portrayal of not entirely shallow women and yet.. Hi, I just moved about an hour away from my work (from 15 minutes away from my work). I really love my job. I love the people I work for, but the drive kills. I have to leave at least an hour and a half before work to get there in time, and sometimes, depending on traffic, it can take up to two hours to get home. This is where soldiers who have been evacuated from Germany come to be hospitalized in the United States, especially burn victims. There are some buildings there called Fisher Houses. The Fisher House is a Hotel where soldiers' families can stay, for little or no charge, while their soldier is staying in the Hospital. BAMC has quite a few of these houses on base, but as you can imagine, they are almost filled most of the time. While Denzel Washington was visiting BAMC, they gave him a tour of one of the Fisher Houses. He asked how much one of them would cost to build. Do you ever have one of those days where everything goes wrong? Well, today is that day for me. Ever since I got up this morning everything has gone wrong. I have just recently been able to talk to my bilogical father's side of my family, the last contact with my father being 12 years ago. I was just out in my backyard feeding my koi and goldfish and I saw one leap out of the water. It makes me wonder if they do that to catch bugs or just for fun. I am back online after being offline because of something that broke my heart. I was feeling very bad as my heart fell apart, the reason my heart was so broken is the love of my life passed away. My girlfriend died in her sleep two months ago. She had very bad back problems and she was taking a lot of pain meds. The last night of her life she was in a lot of pain and she took to much medication. they never really ever stick. you can do just one thing wrong in protection of yourself and they will just disappear into nothing and not speak to you for a long time, if ever again. then there are the ones you have for a short time, think that they will last no matter where you end up, and yet, you dont hear from them but maybe once or twice in a couple of months. i dont think i have ever really had a true friend, the people i meet in class seem to be better friends than most ive had with the exception of one or two. for right now and probably forever my only true best friend will be my husband. ive realized you really cant count on anyone and that for people like me, life is pretty lonely and boring.

A "heads up" for those men who may be regular Home Depot customers. Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends. Here's how the scam works: Two seriously good-looking 20-21 year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping into the trunk. Well some of you already know the problem I am having with my elbow and hand. But what is going on is I woke uone morning back in September of last year and my fore arm and hand was numb atime I thought nothing of it but it stayed like that all day. Then when I woke up the next morninwas still like that so I started to get concerned that same week I had a yearly check up for my blood pressure and things so I asked the doctor and she said that it was caused from my Ulnar Nerve in my elbow being pinched off from either leaning on it and even from sleeping on with it under my head. Well to make this a little shorter it has been numb now since September 2007 and it is only the ring finger, pinky half my palm and my fore arm that is numb and drives me crazy. It is Wednesday and I have been very busy and not much time to be on this site lately. I miss talking to my friends for sure. Last night was out last class for parenting strong willed teens. The two police officers that teach the class brought the food last night and it was from one of our favorite restaurants. It was very nice and a lot of fun. Kind of bitter sweet. We enjoyed going there every Tuesday meeting with the other parents and talking about our week. Last night we went over listening to your child. Something that we as parents think we are doing but most of the time are too busy to really listen. It taught me a lot. At the end of the class, we all sat in a circle and each person said something, either thanking the two officers or talking a little about how the class affected our lives. I love Riding my quad,riding my horses, fitness, health, dirtbike riding, music...lots & lots of music!
