WTF!? My XBOX 360 takes a crap! I do some research and see that Microsoft had the XBOX made in China, Big surprise it doesn't work! Anyway Microsoft knows there is a defective piece that causes a major hardware malfunction rendering the machine unplayable. It is called the 3 red lights of death. It will happen sooner or later. I got lucky that my Warranty was still good. I had my wife call Microsoft and they are sending a box for me to send the unit to them. They are picking up the shipping and they should. They are going to fix it or send me a new one. They said they would extend a new warranty for 3 more years, that rocks, but WTF do I do now? They said it will take a 30 day turnaround. Sony never broke! LOL If you know you have a problem with your systems then f00ken recall them and fix the shit! And give us a loaner while we wait!!! Some people are pro gamers man and we have to play!! Oh well I guess it is back to reg XBox or PS. ARG! There is always Tivo!!!

Ok, so I am addicted to communication...that is communication VIA computer...I hate the phone...i live alone with my 10 month old son and work from home...the nearest town/city is 60 miles from here...so I am bored therefore I treat the laptop as my second child...the one who keeps me in touch with all the pervs and friends out there. ////my son can only say so much..usually baba is the extent of it now. Feelings
Just wanted to let everyone know why I haven't been on here today. We got a new puppy on Saturday. He was doing real good until yesterday. Then he wouldn't eat or drink anything. I tried anything and everything I could think of, but he wouldn't touch a thing. So, this morning I called the Vet and they said to come on in. When I went to the carrier to get him, he couldn't hardly stand up this morning. Went to the Vet they said they thought he had Parvo. So they did a test and sure enough, he did! I was heartbroken!! They gave me an estimate on the cost of care through Friday. I about fainted, almost $400!! The Vet said they had a blood test they could do to get a better idea of his odds. Well while they were running the blood test, he stopped moving and whinning. I called for the Vet and she came and took him away to check him. Came back and said his heart was about to give out. So, we decided with the Vet's help that the best thing to do would be to go ahead and put him to sleep. I di

So I met this beautiful lady on myspace about 7 months ago... we hit it off from the start... laughin & jokin till the wee hours of the morning every night... Well, I have met some really cool people on here and I have enjoyed their company and grow quite a sense of respect for them.. But there is one case where i have become a little jaded.. Surgery
This is not my surgery, but this is what they did. I had my surgery today and so far so good. For those who don't know I tore my rotator cuff back in July. Today I had an arthroscopic procedure to sew up the tear, insert an anchor, and reattach the bicep. Doc said the tear in the labrum was not as bad as the MRI showed, but the tear in the cuff was worse than expected. Packing & Moving
so, the mortgage company is about to screw me. they arent going to be able to make my closing date, which will certainly mess up my moving date... and that was the -only- weekend i have free until january... this may mean i cant buy the house at all. grrrrrr. woohoo! moving moving moving. i got the house... waiting for the underwriting to go through... which i was assured wouldnt be a problem. so... i'm packing. 38 boxes packed (2 wardrobe, 1 medium, and 35 small boxes). made a sizable dent i think. :) still a lot of work to do. kitchen, closets, bathroom, computer desks, and random crap (you know the stuff you always wind up packing b/c you didnt have anyplace it belonged). the crew / army will be coming down to help w/ the move. mostly w/ the whole thing, but some people can only make it to one side of the move. it should be even more interesting since both of my parents will be coming down as well. ... and before you ask... the party will probably be in february or march.

I had a mamogram last week and got a call from my obgyn this morning telling me I have to go and have a spot compression test because my mamogram showed a mass on my right breast. I get this news the day after my 45th birthday HAPPY F....Birthday to me huh. Well I go in for the test on Nov. 5th ...the 4 year anniverary of my Dad's passing of all days. Halloween Party
My husband (J) and I went to an awesome Halloween party last weekend. We’d decided last month we wanted to go, when we met a couple (T and P) at the August party we wanted to see again, and, I wanted to go to a costume party. :) I found my costume a few weeks ago. Been Away
A week ago tues my oldest son was having a medical problem, push came to shove and he ended up in the hospital and within 2 hrs they knew he needed brain surgery. The best in the country to do this was in Cleveland Ohio. So we loaded up the motor home and brought him here. He had his surgery wed. was a 5 hr deal. Good news they got all the problem and things are looking very good. He is one lucky guy. Reminds me that life can turn on a dime. Be thankful for what you have in your life, these are the sorts of things that can take it all away very fast. Remember to say I love you to those you love.

Weight Loss
I was doing so good then I crashed, ate all kinds of goodies. Guess I will have to work on my will power. I am using Sparkpeople.com to log in what I eat and workout to see if I can keep better track of what I am doing. wish me luck This is my 9th day of dieting, I just finished a 20 minute cardio workout, I am Hot and sweaty. BUT I lost a inch in my hips and waist YAY, no idea if I lost weight my scale batteries died. Could be a good thing. Well I am off to take a shower. Well all last winter I did really good on working out everyday, eating right but the weight it's self didn't seem to go anywhere. I was getting slimmer but stayed the same weight. Very frustrating. Well this fall winter season I am just watching my calorie intake and not working out as much, due to so much school work. And I am dropping the weight. My Grandson
Dear Blog, Im here today with a weighted heart, as you know dear blog, my children and grandchildren are the core of life. My Grandson has been sick, and has been a concern with me for a long time. He is only 15 months old and has been on antibiotics so much since he was born. Which is never a good sign. It is one of the most over used man made drug there is. He was a preemie when born and it seems he has always struggled with one thing or another, from sleep apnea to infections. He has had his adenoids removed. Why women get cranky! We started to bud in our blouses at 9 or 10 years old only to find that anything that came in contact with those tender, blooming buds hurt so bad it brought us to tears. So came the ridiculously uncomfortable training bra that boys in school would snap until we had calluses on our backs. Next we get our periodsin our early to mid teens (or sooner). Health Update
Hey All, Just to update everyone where i have been. Initially i was released from the hospital after 3 days with diagnosed concussion & a tear in my oblique muscle, & some general back trauma. All this from rolling my truck. Anyhow last week, i was on fubar, went to lay down & was awakened by severe pain on my left side & the inability to get a full breath ( i work in healthcare ) so i knew there was an issue at hand, i was taken to the e.r. A x-ray was done & confirmed my left lung had partially collapsed, probally due to a piece of rib bone they may have missed initially.. so i havd a chest tube placed ( worst fucking pain ever ) & my lung was successfully re-inflated. I was released back home on wednesday & am finally feeling well enough to pop on & say hi. I HAVE MISSED ALL OF YOU & THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE VERY SPECIAL TO ME ( YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ) I HAE MISSED YOU THE DAMN MOST. Anyhow, sorry to be rambling on & on. LIXXXXXXXXXX

I ran out of gas in on the 710 last night on my way to Long Beach. So I coasted off the freeway and into an outlet shoe store in Carson. They were closed but a guy told me there was a gas station a few miles down the road. So I started pushing my bike. I was only about half a mile or so down the road when Liz, the assistant manager from the store I was at asked if I wanted a ride. I told her that it was okay, but she insisted on helping. So she drove me to the gas station. But they didnt take cards. So she drove me to a bank...then back to the gas station then back to my bike. I tried to offer her some gas money but she wouldn't take it. Anyways.. thank you Liz..evan though I know you'll never see this. I'm just really glad to know that there are still nice helpful people out there!!

I don't usually blog, but the more this year goes on the more I am convinced that more and more people are becoming shallow and selfish. I have lots of examples I could quote but I won't, I'm not one to make a public exhibition of my or anyone else's shortcomings.. what I will say is I'm dismayed by the lack of honesty on here and in 'real life'.. so in future I'm making this proviso : I value friendship above most things in this life - so if you don't intend to be open, honest and true with me, then delete me and move on, find someone you can be shallow with, somewhere where loyalty and integrity don't matter at all...there are still nice people online and elsewhere, and I'd much rather spend my time with them - cos life is too short to be living a lie. Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know that my week ended just perfectly today. On my way on from school, a guy pulled out of a shopping center parking lot, hit me in the front left quarter panel of my Dakota, sending me into a Town & Country van. Eat Lead World!
Ok so I've come to a crossroads in my life with many separate paths leading off from here. I went and looked at a stereo school in Houston today. It's a 12 week program covering everything from the basics of Watts' and Ohms' laws(yeah when you get certified you have to know how it all ties together) to speakerbox design to working with fiberglass and metals. And that's just the first 4 weeks! The next four get more in depth with alot more hands on design and build. The third 4 cover custom interior and sewing(building seats, working with all types of materials, custom dash and lighting). Overall the program sounds really good to me but I'm not sure whether I want to give up on trying to get back to college or not. I've been trying(though sometimes not very hard) for the last year to get a job but nothing seems to be turning up. will this year is about to come to the end and it wasnt my year im glad its about over since its not been my best. heres how mine went. found out in Nov last year i had colon cancer and had emergerncy sugery to remove an 13" tumor but be4 it was caught (no thinks to military doctors) it spread to my rectum,liver and lungs. then i started chemo therpy in dec of last year was doing that for about four months then i came down very sick went back in the hospitqal for a infection on my rectum was in for about 13 day then 2 months later back in for the same reason was in another 11 days then 3 months later back in for the same problem ( the 3rd time) was in 14 days and almost died during this stay i had a fever of 104 for a couple of days heart rate went over 150 they had to put me in a straigh jacket cause i went crazy pulling iv's frommy body then about a month or so i went back in the hospital 2 hav surgery to clean my rectum out but they couldnt clean it so they remove it completely so

I got a new dog, it is a Malti-poo mix. She is adorable or will be when her hair is grown out. I still can't believe someone would throw her out on a highway. She is house-trained and about 2 years old. A police officer rescued her and gave her to a friend who is a another police officers wife. She gave her to me, because she knew her husband would not let her keep the dog. Like a sucker for dogs, I took her. A co-worker at the jail kept asking me about the dog. She said she was scammed out of $200 to get a dog sent to her. I agreed to give her the dog, but so far she has not showed me that she really wants it. First day, she did not call me until very later. The next day it was pouring down and would have been a bad day to be on the road with the dog. The she told me someone said those types of dogs bite children. Then it was her phone service was down and she would give me her home phone number, which she never did. Working with inmates can be hard on you. A lot of the inmates can't read or write. Most of the inmates will try to con you, so you have to be on your toes all of the time. This doesn't mean you have to be distant and not talk to them. Recently I had the third ex-inmate come up to me and thank me for listening and talking to them. They said they never want to go back to jail. They said it is rough working but better then being on the inside. I guess I do preach to them on the inside. I try to reach down into them and pull that part of them that is righteous out. I do listen to their personal problems and try to help. The day before yesterday, it was the inmate that said he would soon be getting out. His girlfriend is leaving him for her ex-friend. The inmate wanted something to tell her to make her stay with him. Why Cant I Sleep
This day is ALWAYS hard for meto sleep nowdays. Oct.27th.... This is the day that i gave life to a child after knowing only 2 mths that is was pregnant. He weighed 4lbs and 1/2oz. he was fullterm also.... then in Feb he got RSV and was hospitalized and almost died onus. Election 2008 I have been thinking about who I would vote for in the national elections for 2008 and I am still stuck on a choice. I like Biden, but I am sure Obama or Clinton will get the Democratic nod. I am not sure about the Republicans, but I use to like McCain until he sold his soul to the right. Life Is Great
Christmas is my favorite time of year. I think it is that way for many people. I find that people are kinder and more thoughtful at Christmas. This weekend we are decorating the apartment and our tree. I remember the first year that my husband and I were married, he came home from work to find the whole apartment turned into a winter wonderland. He wouldn't let me put the lights out for 3 days. We have put together a village that we add things to almost every year. Only when money was really tight could we not do it. When I was a child, money was always tight. Wonder What They Are Thinking
I know in time everyone has had a friend who they think are ok to hang with. Things go along well until you get into trouble and you find out who your real friends are. I have a few friends that the only time they get in touch with me is if they want something or need something. . . . and it is not just friends I have family members the say way also. OMG... First off let me just start by saying if you live in the country do not go see SAW 4 on a full moon night... Me and CD went to go see Saw 4 last night it was alright but not one of the best. Anyways on our way home it was like really foggy outside I mean so bad to where you could barely see the end of the hood on a car so me I drove slow down the interstate. We were doing fine until we were almost home and a damn deer came out from nowhere and rammed the truck. It smashed the drivers side window all to crap and you can see scarps from the deer antlers running all the way down the side of the truck and all the to the tailgate. It also broke out the tail light. We finally got home and had to get all the glass up out of the truck and off of us. How can you not see that the things you do can break someone's heart. You say things you don't mean and make them think you're one person when you're really not. Trying To Help My Wife
OK My wife is having to do a tesis paper for school on a contriversial subject. She has chosen Abortion. The help she needs? Opinions. The question? When is a life a life? IE when is a fetus alive? Rambling Stuff
So I've learned yet another useless skill (previous ones learning how to breathe fire and juggle). Authoring dvd's. I've spent about a year now learning how to do so. I had the basics down after a month. It's all the little things now that I've been exploring, as well as learning new styles and layouts to do. I want to learn how to do separate (sp) audio tracks, only it won't be english/spanish/french, but more like english/band talking about the song, etc. Yes I've been shooting a lot of bands lately. Keeps me busy. We all need something to do for a hobby. This appears to be mine. Oh, my first job authoring a dvd was shooting 4 nights of a local stage production of Godspell, and then editing them together, to make a mult-angle performance.
