Luna's Ramblings!
Saturday my mom finally a diagnosis of what has been an on-going problem for almost a year. She's been chronically tired, flu like symptoms at times, arthritis flares and rashes. She's had test after test and no doctor seemed to be able to figure out what was going on with her. Luckily the doctor she's been seeing has been leaning towards a Lupus diagnosis. Initial blood tests showed 11 high marks out of 14, but you need to have all 14 for a true diagnosis. She developed rashes on her back that she says look like raw meat. The doctor biopsied those rashes and the results arrived on Saturday. She has Systemic Lupus. She is relieved and concerned with the diagnosis. Relief in that the doctor can now treat her symptoms and concern that my brother or I could eventually develop Lupus. It runs on both sides of my family. Maternal - my mom & possibly my grandmother, but she was never diagnosed & is deceased now. And paternal - my dad's Aunt had Lupus. I got the following information at

I always wondered why people would spend beau ceaux bux on a concert.. Now I know why. I finally at the ripe old age of.... errrr old.... went to my very first concert this weekend. WHAT A RUSH!!! I went to the Meatloaf Seize the Night Tour. the only thing I wish I could have changed about the entire experience is that I had never gone to any concert before. The concert started at 7 30 and finished up around 10 40.. It was without a doubt one of the most thrilling experiences of my life.

After reading people's profiles and chatting to them, I have found there are some terrific people on fubar. Some of these I spoke to before uploading a picture of myself. I have wondered how much we all actually rely on a photograph of someone. I was rated a low number this evening by somebody relatively new that still had a bag on their head! I asked them how they could rate and hope they would be rated with no pic. Not knowing me, they didn't understand the humour. They were certain that when their pic is uploaded it will 'knock my socks off'. That ended the discussion. Does everyone on fubar take everything at face value or do they 'check out' profiles and have chats? Makes you wonder why fubar is classed as a chat room.

Health Update!!
Well, the colonoscopy is done. Now its another waiting game until Feb.6, 2008. I have been dealing with pain since before Dec.17,2007. So far 2 pregnancy test, a by annual exam, 8 vials of blood work, 2 x-rays, 3 sonograms, 1 cat scan, and a stool sample drop off and so far nothing. The Dr. did remove a polyp today and is sending it out for a biopsy to make sure its not cancerous. In the mist of all this going on I happen to do a breast exam on my right breast last night due to being uncomfortable and it seeming real sensitive. I have felt a lump. So I'm a little emotional,and as far as the Dr.'s still coming up empty handed is frustrating. The fact that I have never had sensitivity with my breast at all for me is a new can of worms.. I have stretch marks from my pregnancy over a year ago. When you push down on them they are very sensitive and feel almost like a beaded necklace. They are on my stomach and my breast. I have had the Dr. today tell me I should go to a dermatologist. Now

Worst Fuckup Of My Life
So, I find this completely hysterical. Dana left me 11 days ago - and she's already moved out of her bosses house - and started shacking up with another guy.
