lately i have been really depressed, but finally i feel better. i believe i get depressed when i dont talk to someone . when i dont see him i get sad i cant go 10 minutes without thinking about him, he is the most sweetest man i have ever meet. when i see him my life lights up, i am the happiest person when i am with him. he makes me smile and laugh he has never mad me sad or mad that he could help anyways. this man means the world to me and i dont know what i would do with out him. if i ever lost him i am scared my life will fall apart. baby i love you with all of my heart and i am so scared to tell you..... hopefully one day soon you will realize how good we would be together........i would be the best women you could've ever dreamed of. i would treat you like the king you derseved to be treat like. i love you forever and always!!!

Memories Flip Flopping
Anybody remember when they were still in grade school and you're parent(s) would see you off to the bus stop and wave to you as you got on the bus and/or the bus drove away? well i just wanted to bring it up since I pretty much saw my parents off to work this morning. I didn't wave to them as they left, since i'm not wearing much for one thing and also...well, it's almost december in minnesota!!! lol....it's not snowy yet, but it's cold enough for it. I can't wait though. Going to be sledding with a friend or few up north (no, i'm not that close to the canadian border). it's going to be fun, i hope. it was last winter. I went skydiving last June. It was the most amazing thing i have ever done. To ride in the plane waiting to step out of it from over 14 thousand 7 Hundred feet above the planet. I could see all the way to chattanooga and beyond. I could see the atlanta skyline and i was in Rome Ga. I was a bit scared to take the first step. I tilted my head back and jumped doing a back flip out of the plane falling at 180 ft per second it was so amazing i was in awe. I thought for sure i would feel like i was falling. What i actually felt was floating the wind in my face and the free movement through the sky is a sensation unlike anything i have experienced. I could do nothing but look around at the earth below seeing the towns, highways that looked like a pencil marks across the land. the different shades of green, brown and the ocassional blue of water. Hey all, I am excited about looking into accounting courses online. I have always wanted to become an accountant. I remember growing up we had good friends that were my mom's but they were like our Aunts and Uncles. One in particular is a CPA. Havin A bad day!!!!!! I woke this morning got up and these's no coffee or milk (good start) I get dressed go out to get my car and find that someone has tryed to break into my garage (dam) lots of damage to the door but car and motorcross bikes are ok. Go to shop to get coffee and fill car up with petrol and forgot to take cash with me (Doh)..Rest of morning passes off ok.. Then later go to take part in motorcross race, first race passes off with out any mager problems and make it to the final....In the final race starts and I whipe-out on first corner (arrgh) pick bike up (wrong move) get back into race only for to crash and burn on lap to breaking my leg (that sucks) taken to hospital put in plaster (again) then have to get someone to go pickup my bike and car from the track only to find out that someone has broken into my car and stolen my camra (F**K)so end a perfect day NOT....Hope everone has had a good day

My Grandson
Dear Blog, Im here today with a weighted heart, as you know dear blog, my children and grandchildren are the core of life. My Grandson has been sick, and has been a concern with me for a long time. He is only 15 months old and has been on antibiotics so much since he was born. Which is never a good sign. It is one of the most over used man made drug there is. Well lets see where to start... Ummm... I started seeing T.J. about a week before Alijah was born. Just to clarify things I did not know that he and Caren were together... Well, its that time of year again.... the time of gift buying and gift receiving. I'm sure all of you have, at one point in time or another, had an issue getting someone a Christmas gift. Some people are simple to buy for. They are so predictable that no one, not even the deaf and dumb man on the corner can mistake what to get them. Others are a never-ending jigsaw puzzle of countless possibilities. Update On My Ankle
Just got back home from the doctors. My ankle and foot have been very swollen and not getting any better since I sprained it last Sunday. I was trying to take care of it myself. Yesterday morning I woke up with my foot and ankle swollen even worse. I guess from walking on it so much! The doctor had ordered x-rays and sure enough she said it was a very bad sprain. Not broken though. :) She gave me what they call an aircast(looks like a splint) Unfortionatly she told me I might bave to wear it up to 8 weeks. Depending how I feel and when the swelling is down or gone. She said I probably won't have to wear it that long. But it depends. She said thats the maximum. I have to ice it for 15 mins at a time and keep it elevated as much as I can. And take Motrin at least 3 tablets 2 times daily. I Thought that was alot. But she said I can take up to 12 a day. *shrugs* So might not be at the computer as much for the time being!

My Exciting Future!
I've completed all my pre-op requirements & have 18 more pounds to lose & I will have my gastric by-pass surgery & I will begin a new life to a new & healthier me! I'm now walking ALOT..I walk 3 miles most days & I pushe d it a little hard & my right knee is giving me fits but I am doing range of motion exersises & stretches so it is coming along rather quickly.. I had to stop walking for almost 2 weeks to allow it to heal...but I'm going at it again...I use a heart monitor watch that is set to a certain heart rate in which I burn the most fat & calories..this little watch has made my walking alot more valueable to me & my success in losing my weight..This time next year I'm going to be a lean ...mean...fighting machine.. As soon as I get the money saved up ..I'm going to join the kick-boxing gym here in town to further progress myself in getting in better shape..Why am I doing this??? Well 1st & foremost ..I'm doing it for myself.. Secondly..I want to live so I can continue to watch
