Hawaii's Coral Reef
HONOLULU - A kite-sized, unmanned airplane is joining the effort to protect endangered Hawaiian monk seals and coral reefs in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands. Managers of the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument plan to use the 10-pound plane as early as October to help them spot nets and other marine debris. The electric-powered craft will transmit digital video footage back to a research ship crew that will collect the nets that could entangle monk seals, green sea turtles and other wildlife. Officials also aim to prevent the nets from snagging on coral reefs in the monument. The plane may join an October marine debris removal voyage but it's more likely to participate in a March excursion since details still need to be worked out, said Rusty Brainard, chief of the NOAA Pacific Islands Fishery Science Center's coral reef ecosystem division. Random Thoughts
So for the last 5 months I have been taking care of my family. Mainly my Dad and Mom since both have illnesses. My Mom has diabetes and my Dad has liver and pancrease cancer. Today has been the roughest day so far I think. My dad is not doing so well. He's in the hospital and anything he eats goes right through him. His pancrease isn't working right and breaking down on him. I could potentially loose him this year if something doesn't work soon. Aside from finding this out, my cousin, who hasn't talked to anyone in my family for 6 years, decides to show up to the hospital. Ok, whaatever but my mom flipped out. Why people only see the bad when they refer to your true colors? If you do something or say something they don’t like, well you just showed your true colors. Pissed Off
OK here is the scoop. My oldest daughter got the flu and our doctor gave the whole family a prescription to tamaflu. If you don’t know what that is it is a medication that will cure the fu and if you don’t have the flu and are exposed to it will prevent you from getting it. Great stuff. What this with it is if you have the flu you must take it within 48 hours of showing symptoms of the flu. Angel got into the doctors inside the 48-hour time limit. The flu is running wild here so it is not as easy to get in to see the doc just now. I took the prescription to Rite Aid to get filled. They told me they just got a shipment in and it would be ready for me at 6:30PM. Sounds good to me. I’ve been using this place for the last 3 years and never had any worried about it. I show up at 6:15 and there is a very long line but I have the time no big deal. After waiting for almost an hour in the line I get told they tried to call me and they don’t have the medications. After a while to look around, it appears that Fubar is an online meat market more than a social anything, but that's not all bad. The younger folks need a place to market their wares and attract partners of whatever level they have an interest toward. Well we're finally doing it! Lonely Highway is recording a cd! We'll be recording on Saturday 3-17-07 and I am really excited! Real nice of him, isn't it? My apartment was being shampooed yesterday, and my cat was a no-no in there while it's going on. As Im sitting here thinking about my life, one thing keeps coming to mind. This person who changed my life and I did nothing in return for him. Now that the Royals baseball season is over, I have an upcoming Wizards game this coming Friday, a college football classic on Saturday and another Chiefs home game on Sunday.... I went to Dallas last week and it was great besides two things. LOL, well, as it always seems to happen, I tend to take a simple idea and it gets more complicated. I guess the old saying goes, if you are going to do something, do it right. I have spent the last few days working on an Administration side to this little project to allow an easy way to add, edit and remove content that is seen by visitors. It has a basic design like the front-end right now. Just working out the bugs and operations of the Administration panel. Right now I have created the Links and the FAQ's portion of the Admin panel and integrated it into the Front-End for the user. Now I can change the FAQ's or Links and it will be seen immediately by the user. I have not figured out what I am going to do for the other content yet though. Your health is good, you have managed the HIV drug regimen and side effects and you are raring to go! Here is something that you probably have not thought about -- pre-employment drug screening. As a pharmacist, I get a lot of questions from HIV positive people regarding drug tests and how to prepare for them. It is important to understand how the test works, what employers are looking for, and what to do when it's time for your test. Pre-employment drug screenings can be given to any prospective job applicant only after an offer of employment has been made. You do have a right to refuse to take the test, but you will probably not get the job. Please be aware that this differs from a random drug screening that is given after you are hired. An employer has the right to give a drug test that is not announced

Roflmao!!!!! Snow Diary
December 8th - 6:00 PM. It started to snow. The first snow of the season and the wife and I took our cocktails and sat for hours by the window watching the huge soft flakes drift down from heaven. It looked like a grandma Moses print. So romantic we felt like newlyweds again. I love snow! December 9th - We woke to a beautiful blanket of crystal white snow covering every inch of the landscape.
