An 'owy' And Anxious Day..
Sigh..I'm home from work today because yesterday I had my braces 'adjusted.' I've had these things on about a year now and even though me teeth are starting to look Fabulous, I've gone through much pain with some of these adjustments. here's what happened left Bodmin parkway at about 10.15 ,train journey up to London was ok met a couple (Andy and his misses) on the train sat opposite us who were also going to see ozzy so we chatted to them. We arrived in Paddington about 2 ish we then had to get tickets for the underground so we lost contact with Andy and his misses. Robbie and i then got on the tube only to find out that the train we were on terminated 4 stops away from were we wanted to go so we had to catch the next train wasn't too bad my mistake should of checked the destination. got to the station and took the short walk to the hotel and spoke too another couple who were going as well. booked into the room which was very nice indeed and only 300yards from the Wembley arena .after checking out the room we went to the bar for a well deserved drink. after a few pint who do we bump into checking in but Andy ,his misses and the other couple who's names I've forgotten. so we had a few more beers well i did Robbie

Maybe not all people see this, but many do. Take Hilary Clinton for example; she proposed a system of universal health care for us here in the U.S because she too noticed the deficiency of the current system that we do have. so, the mortgage company is about to screw me. they arent going to be able to make my closing date, which will certainly mess up my moving date... and that was the -only- weekend i have free until january... this may mean i cant buy the house at all. grrrrrr. woohoo! moving moving moving. i got the house... waiting for the underwriting to go through... which i was assured wouldnt be a problem. so... i'm packing. 38 boxes packed (2 wardrobe, 1 medium, and 35 small boxes). made a sizable dent i think. :) still a lot of work to do. kitchen, closets, bathroom, computer desks, and random crap (you know the stuff you always wind up packing b/c you didnt have anyplace it belonged). the crew / army will be coming down to help w/ the move. mostly w/ the whole thing, but some people can only make it to one side of the move. it should be even more interesting since both of my parents will be coming down as well. ... and before you ask... the party will probably be in february or march.

I'm not able to handle being heart broken anymore. I just completed my autumn/winter ritual.I blogged yesterday about gathering up acorns and using them to surround a candle (take flat round candle,put in bowl,fill up surrounding space with acorns)..and this morning i used to gathered up fallen leaves in part 2 of the ritual.I just felt that early morning was the best time to do it...the ritual was all about the changing of the seasons and letting go of old past hurt and memories so that new fresh energy and people and things can happen.I put all the fallen leaves in my mini cauldron(a cauldron is a round metal pot,usually on three legs, you can use for all kinds of ritual purposes).I said a prayer to the spirits to guide me into the new year and let the old energy/hurt fall away and give me strenth for what i know will come...then i took the cauldron outside on my porch and burned the leaves inside.The ritual is now complete. What Is Pagan Pride Day? I have had the Priviledge and Honour to have been the Local Coordinator for Pagan Pride Day - Jackson, Mississippi, from 2004 - 2006. This included the 2005 Event which we managed to still hold just 3 weeks after Hurricane Katrina. MAKING OILS This explains three simple ways to make oils. **CAUTION** these methods should only be attempted by a knowledgeable user. The Inner Sanctum is not responsible for injury resulting in these methods. OIL BREW This method will only make oil that will smell like the herbs, it will not produce any usable quantities of actual plant oil. For that, use the next two methods. These oils are generally weaker than normal, so be aware of that before you begin. 1. Choose base oil, canola, olive, and vegetable oil work well, but almost anything will work so long as its smell is not too strong. 2. Mix and empower dry herbs to be used in the oil. 3. Heat base oil until hot. 4. Mix in herbs in about a 1:1 ratio with the oil. 5. Let sit for about 20 minutes, adjusting the heat to maintain a constant temperature, stir every minute. 6. Those of you that know me understand this situation. I am a former Catholic turned Witch. I married into a Christian family and my family of origin still practice the Catholic faith. Because of this situation occasionally my children do get exposed to church. They also get exposed to tarot cards and such. It's hard to actually celebrate sabbats and stuff with them because of the marriage. The husband would probably have a fit. A month or two ago my daughter asked me to take her to church. Even though I hate going to church when she asks I try to take her. Well about three weeks ago I took her to a service. What was interesting about the service was the preachers message. As well as the childrens church talking about Ester ( a woman in the bible). If only ther realized what they were truly teaching. ;). Well I sat in the back row because of the two kids and my 3 yr old not being exposed to church services nearly as often as my daughter doesn't behave very well in that setting
