My Thoughts
I'm one of the biggest fans of buffy the vampire slay TV show and I just what to know is there any one else as big of a fan as me on Fubar I hate this whole only Blu-ray and HD DVD formats that a lot of movie companies are doing. I mean I know that things improve, but what about people that can't afford to get a new DVD player ever other day. why don't they make a there new DVD's so you can play them in old models and so you can still see the freaking movie.

When did life get so messed up? Things used to be so easy when I was younger. If anything went wrong or I screwed up really bad I could always turn to a best friend or my family. My Life
There have been a lot of people since I came onto Fu Bar who claim they are my friends or say they want to be friends. Some will friend you and never come back to your page. Others friend you and then delete you. I thought I had made some friends or those who would be honest with me. But I found out that honesty goes as far as anyone can truly see you in cyberspace. I found out some of these people went off and blocked me and then got upset that I would remove things that no longer mattered to me since I was blocked. So to all those on my friends list who read this and wish to no longer be my friend I understand please just quietly delete me from your friends list and stop fanning me. My Poor Daughter!
My daughter was in a car accident yesterday with my mom. That makes two in just four months!!! The first one was with me. New Job...
Well as many of you know I have started a new job this week. For the next two months I will basically be 'in school'. Well after being in the hospital for the past couple of months for a simple urinary tract infection and emphysema my only surviving maternal grandmother passed away today. She was about 85 years old. Her, my aunt and my grandfather were the only relatives that were living nearby. They all immigrated here from Lebanon back in the early 70's. My grandparents even though they were in their 50's an 60's at the time of their arrvival were both hard working. My grandma worked up until about 10yrs ago when she finally retired. My paternal grandparents lived in Uniontown , Pa so it was very rare I ever got to see them at all. I will miss them all now. May she rest in peace. Flood Waters
To be honest, I knew we had gotten dumped with aot of rain in the past 48 hours but I never suspected it would cause the problems that it did. I got off work this morning (august 21, 2007) at 7 a.m.. Everything seemed to be the normal cloudy skies like it was going to rain at any second. Headed down the main fourlane road that runs in front of where i work to go to the gas station further in town, needless to say what I ran into was mild as to what was to come on my adventure of trying to drive what is normally a half hour to get home or 22 miles. The fouralne was under about a foot of water for about a half mile, I know they warn you not to drive through flooded streets, but in this case there was nowhere to turn around, most of the suv's and 4wd pickups which are alot larger and have higher ground clearance than my Colorado came to an acrupt stop, now my figuring is if i can see the centerline on the road then there is a good chance I cna make it through the water, not much different

Totally Fed Up!
Ok, so I never talk about my personal life on here.. at least not relationship wise. My baby's father and I have been seeing each other off and on for a little over 5yrs. I met him through his mother because she and I are friends and he was originally from CT, I met him when he came to visit her on one of his trips. Well, school has started. I just sat down with my son after he got home from school and tried to have a conversation with him about his homework. It didn't work. He is so angry all the time. Cant Sleep Again...so Im Writing An Original..
Was awake early this morning..I had originally intended these lyrics to be a poem, but my buddy who walked in for a break from night shift read them and said we should make a song..so we actually dragged out all of our crap to record, and i actually put some effort into this one..he threw in some harmony, and with a little reverb and echo, it sounded great, which i couldnt believe for an hours worth of work...these words just came to me, as most songs do when they come from the heart and can describe how youre feeling at that moment. I'm sure everyone at some point has had alot on their mind and its easier for me as with some to write it all down. Iam not one to sit and tell people how I feel. After many long conversations with various people it has come to my attention that nearly everyone has no clue what Rammstein is saying (lol). Mostly the misconception of what the phrase Du Hast Mich means. Many, if not all, have come to believe (for some reason unknown to me) that it means You Hate Me, which for the MOST part is true. However it is NOT entirely true. Yes Du means you. Yes Mich means me. But Hast DOES NOT mean Hate.Hast in fact means Have. I can understand how this mistake has come about. A simple spelling error. My Husband
First I would like to say that Neither myself or my husband owe anyone an explination for the choices we make. I will however lay this to rest now. My husband has always wanted to join the military. Take a minute and read this..please.. do it for maximusOn July 12, 2007 a pitbull names maximus was found. He was tied to a tree and badly burnt over 60 percent of his body. Someone had poured gasoline all over him, set him on fire and then walked away while he was still burning Shortly after being found, undergoing multiple surgerys and recieving veterinary care Maximus' short life (he was only 2 years old) ended. One of the vetrinarians who tried to save Maximus described him as " ...a good dog up until the very end ... giving licks and kisses." Maximus didn't deserve to dieHe had done nothing wrong Derick Phanord was arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty. RIP Maximus
