Why women should avoid a "girls night out" after they are married!.. The other night I was invited out for a night with "the girls." I told my husband that I would be home by midnight, "I promise!" There are two types of exercises to firm-up the breast muscles and to have a majestice appearance even at the later steges….… Very simple ….. (1)The “lady’s push up”(2) and the “ dumbbell fly”. The ladies push up is different from the man. First of all she is on the floor on all “fours” position. The hands instead of being straight out, are turned in, so the palms are facing each other. Now start the push ups, with as many as you can comfortably do without becoming strained. This may be as few as 4 or 5. Then daily try to increase this number, till you can do about a set of 20. Two sets are perfect. The second exercise “ dumbbell fly”, you will need two light (say 1 kilo to 2 kilos maximum) dumbbells. Then lying on your back on the floor, pick up one weight in each. He's Leaving Next Week......
Well, I posted last blog on his bday, lol, he's gone & has been for bout 3 wks I guess...It's been peaceful & the kids really have adjusted well.. they seem like different girls in a way, so much happier. My oldest said she was just glad to not hear the fighting anymore, that broke my heart, my youngest doesn't say anything really. I know they want us together but not if there's the fighting. Alright so i'm really not sure how this all works. My boyfriend's sister wanted me to make one, so i did. . haha. I'm watching sex and the city and bored out of my mind. Expecting A Miracle
Here's a little update: After being hit with a hurricane that destroyed the coast, I needed some good news. My daughter had her ultrasound last week, even though the hospital was running on generators. IT'S A LITTLE GIRL!!!!!!!! She is due April 23rd! But I think that she will be born May 3rd. As many of you already know....my daughter found out that she was pregnant about two weeks ago. The method of birth control that they were using failed. She and her boyfriend have been together for almost four year now, but this was not quite what they had planned at this time in their lives. For the past two weeks, I did not know if my daughter was going to keep the baby or not. Her boyfriend's mother has been a real pain over the past couple of weeks. Yesterday a good friend of mines son was found murdered here in Twin Falls. Details are still sketchy, but here is the article from todays paper. This 18 year old man use to babysit my step son 4 years ago for my ex and I while we worked. So it's been quite a long morning for me since they announced who's body was found. What's The Story
I was on line this morning logged into fubar. Friend came to help with a leaking hose I had and siaid they would take me to the auto store to get the part. Well, I'm just sittin' in training waiting for the day to be over so I can go home and spend some quality time with my wife. Well, I don't entirely hate my job, I do work for Microsoft Xbox, which is kind of cool. I'm at the bottom of the pole though, I'm just Tier 1 Agent for Xbox Customer Support, but you always have to start at the bottom. There's a lot of perks with this job, we get tons of free crap, like Xbox 360 notebooks and Halo 3 merchandise. The only problem is the fuckin' schedule, I hate it. I have to get up at 4:30 in the mornin' and be in Kansas City by 7...and I don't even start work until after 10. Hurricane Season 2007
Well, Thankfully we made it through the first hurricane of the season. Went to bed wednesday night expecting to get a pretty good storm from tropical storm humberto, which was supposed to make landfall south of galveston,,,, Got woke up about 330 am to what sounded like a train bearing down on the house. Shit crashing into the sides and rain trying its best to get inside where we were. Seems humberto decided to become a very strong catagory 1 hurricane before shifting and slamming into us that night. We got a pretty direct hit but we survived a direct hit from catogory 3 Rita a couple years back so this wasnt to bad... I can handle the storm, the rain, the wind, the noise, trees crashing, all that stuff, I just dont like doing it in the dark. And by about 430 we of course were without electricity.... As of the 10th of December I will be getting rid of my VIP for this site. It has increasingly become less and less fun for me. Okay, here is the story, I'm at work, just doing my job. I work at a grocery store and I was carrying out groceries for a customer.
