A Bad Day!!

Some folks like to live in the past where others seem to find their santcuary in the new music. There will always be debate upon which music is better and which is really just crap. It will never change. However, how people see the music of today can actually be altered, since it seems the music has decided to take a step back...way back. Time To Move On.....
Loved New York, it was much different than I had expected it to be. All my life I had heard people speak of the big apple. It sounded so big, I was intimidated by it without going there to see for myself. Maybe it was partially because I spent my time there in Valley Stream. But even after that I went back into the city before leaving for my next assignment in Martha's Vineyard. All I can say is this, I loved New York. The people are friendly and it has so many things to do. There is no doubt in my mind that I will go back there soon, so much I want to see and do there. Havin A bad day!!!!!! I woke this morning got up and these's no coffee or milk (good start) I get dressed go out to get my car and find that someone has tryed to break into my garage (dam) lots of damage to the door but car and motorcross bikes are ok. Go to shop to get coffee and fill car up with petrol and forgot to take cash with me (Doh)..Rest of morning passes off ok.. Last Sunday my wifes mother came down from Oshkosh for my grandsons baptism. Thank all of you beautiful people for your thoughts and prayers. A little over a month ago I was in New Jersey and got assaulted...busted my face about 25 times. A day and a half in the local hospital and two more in a motel room...I drove back to Texas with just half of an eye. Couldnt see shit. Over the next few weeks it seemed as if my eyes were getting better. About two weeks ago I developed a huge black spot covering my vision in my left eye. Rushed to the emergency room to learn that I have a detached retina and went straight in for emergency surgery. They removed the lens from my eye and inserted a gas ball inside to hold my eye together so maybe it will heal. I am left eye blind for the next two months (possibly permanently). I thought they were going to have to do surgery on my right eye, but found out today they aren't...thank God! Just need a corrective lens for it.
