| Horrible, messed up, dream induced sleep... I was told my quack ass dr. to try Valerian Root, herb to help sleep. My pillow is dead, I gutted it, my bed looks like the cops tossed it, and I look like a demented zombie. He wants me to try it for a week and let him know if it helps. I had the most fuked up bizarre horrible dreams that I eventually woke up from. Should I put sugar in my coffee....cause I usually put sugar in my coffee, I usually put 2 in, maybe 1 today...what should I do... |
