Ok i have this roommate nad he has given me a weeks notice that he is moving out, and them come to find out it was because of a Chick that is the reason he is moving out. Lame Excuse huh.
Well anywho He thinks it is mine and my other roomates responsibility to find another roommate as well as this fool thinks i am going to find one in a week. What is he thinking he is stupid, it took us three months to find a place.
We have a friend that could move in but they dont want to go through the lease thing because they went through a divorce and that has already torn their credit up so he doesnt want to take another hit and that is understandable. But the third roommate will not leave his name on the lease we have already told him he will not be responsable for any thing after he moves out still he is an ass and will take no responsibilities for his actions
