| Recently our company decided to lay off 3 individuals. They made their choices. Due to this, the duties each of the 3 had were delegated to other individuals. One of those individuals receiving new duties saw the list with her name all over the page and voiced her concerns during a meeting. The next morning she was informed by her supervisor that he changed his mind. Based on her comments the previous day, he was concerned that she would quit 2 weeks later due to the added workload. So he "canned" her and kept one of the other three. I have a feeling he will really regret this in a few weeks. I know the gal they decided to keep - wrong choice. Anyways, do you think this is right???? |
