1 1/2 Cup cooked rice
2 Cup Milk
1 Egg beaten
1/3 Cup raisins
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Butter
Mix rice and 1/2 Cup of sugar. Cook about 15-20 minutes until thickened, add egg, 1/2 cup milk add SLOWLY to rice mixture. Cook 2 minutes more. Add raisins before cooking. Then Add vanilla and butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
