| So lately our city has been running a HUGE bait car program here.. Basically lay out a car for someone to steal and cops shortly behind them! Well it's been on the news like once a day on whos got caught, etc... My question is why do these morons who KNOW there's a huge sting going on still out there stealing cars?! I mean are they that desperate for crack that they're going to steal a car that they likely know is a bait car?! |
