Strictly a hypothetical situation since everyone knows I'm a nice guy. ;)
Do I get under a guys skin so bad that he hits me and I can then press charges for assault/battery, not to mention more than likely the possibility of public intoxication?
Or do I call him out in front of his friends when he's sober and convince him to get in the ring (UFC/MMA rules) with me where I can do a whole lot of damage and not be held liable for his injuries?
Just kind of wondering out loud what your thoughts are. |
