| ok here is t he thing. which road to take. when i signed my lease and got my keys i made a list of things that needed to fixed in my apt. one of the major things was the thermastat on the wall. not it is 17 days later and the most importent things are not fixed. i tried to get my gas cut on and it could not because of the thermastat issue and the hot water heater. what should i do? should the landlord give me a discounted rate? what do you guys think? help me out. |
