A friend of mine shared this with me today - just 2 weeks shy of the one year anniversary of my former love's death. Daniel was an officer in the Navy, post Vietnam but was active with the messy "clean up" and release of many POW's with a team of 5 steady mates that kept each other alive during some of the most intense operations that will never be told.
No matter what you personal opinion is about politics, Please, PLEASE... Remember each and every armed service member and never forget what they are fighting for! US BECAUSE THEY LOVE YOU!
