Italian Stuffed Mushrooms (Serves 4) BEST DONE UNDER GRILL OR WRAPPED IN FOIL ON BBQ Ingredients 500g Large Button Mushrooms 250g Grated cheese 250g Diced Capscicum 250g Pickled Onions 250g Diced Tomatoes 1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 Cup Peanut oil 1 Cup Tomato Sauce Method 1 Prepare hotplate to High for 20 minutes 2 Prepare Mushrooms for stuffing by WIPING WITH DAMP CLOTH ONLY,Do not Use Water as this will only produce more liquid than needed. 3.Prepare Dressing of 1 cup Worcestershire Peanut Oil and Tomato Sauce 4.Remove Stems from Mushrooms,Pack Each mushroom with cheese,capsicum,onion,tomato. 5.Sprinkle Each Mushroom with Garlic Powder. 6.Place a knob of Butter on each mushroom before Wrapping and Placing on hotplate or under grill for around 20 to 25 Minutes BON APPETITE BABES let me know if I did good
