Staring into the eyes of lost friendship,the deep dark recess where used to dwell love,and hope.
Now there is little there except the lingering echoes of what once was,slipping through your hands and mind like water.
Can what was lost ever be regained?or just fixed,patched together,leaving only memories to fill in the gaps.
Will it ever be the same,will things grow back or must they be torn down,to be rebuilt stronger.
Friends abandoned,love destroyed,so that those friendships,that love, can be built again,stronger than before.
Oldest,dearest friends hide hate,fear or resentment from everyone,even themselves, old hurts never completely forgiven.
Try as hard as you can,the old hurts is inside, festering in the wounds,poisoning from inside of yourself any chance at a complete reconciliation.
Let us look inside ourselves now friends,or what's left of friendships,and see what is there,find the taint rotting there
And kill it in the purity of real,true,complete,and total forgiveness.Even if we are holding onto these old hurts as a reminder
Of what to protect ourselves from in the future,that cannot truly be done, if we are to have a hope that the friendships we want to rebuild will be good or true once again.
They will be rebuilt,but upon dreams and memories,not real,true,lasting bonds of friendship.Also remember,the hurts we hold onto
Weaken us more than protect us,and must be discarded,otherwise we are not only rebuilding weaker friendships than were had before,
But we are also weaking ourselves from receiveing these same good emotions from others,new people that enter in our lives and know
Nothing of the hurt that is there,that is stil inside,keeping us from totally trusting or commiting to these new people.
While the taint lives,it is taking up space inside,eating away at us,to make more room for it's ever expanding body,
Leaving less and less of ourselves that we are even ABLE to share with others.So,all my friends,the real ones and the memories left behind
I ask you to completely and totally forgive all of your friends for any and all hurts they have caused upon you,and banish
The shadowy memories,the pale shades of what your friendships once were and rebuild those same friendships back with
Even stronger bonds of love and trust.And to all I have hurt,or wronged,Please forgive me of every single thing I have done.to cause the pain
Don't hold on to the hurts,the killers of love and trust,but instead toss all of them out completely,never to return and plague us,or try to bring ruin to...
