Interrogation Room, London England (Land of Chaos)

“Lady Tsunami, are you awake?”

“Huh?”

“Hey Tsunami are you awake?”

Tsunami opened her eyes she was in a room all by herself, well except for a man across the room from her. They were both strapped to chairs. “So you’re awake that’s a relief.”

The man lifted his head, Tsunami recognized who it was instantly, “Jim, why are you here?”

“I failed an order; or rather I chose not to do it. You see I was ordered to find you, and then betray you and Reaper. But my morale values wouldn’t let me do something like that so they threw me in here and tortured me everyday.”

His body was riddled with bruises and lacerations, “and now they’re going to use me to break you.”

Tsunami looked back at him “If you know Reaper than do you know where there holding him?”

Jim turned his head, “He’s in there.”

Tsunami turned her head to see through the glass. Reaper was in a room all alone. He was wrapped in chains that were attached to walls in every direction. Reaper can you hear me?

Reaper reacted by raising his head, Yes I can, are you okay?

Yes I’m fine what happened?

We were betrayed bye Kouya we was consumed by greed.

Can you break free?

No, these chains are enchanted and suppressing my power. Hey wait someone’s coming, stay in contact.

The door to Reaper’s holding chamber opened. A man in strange armor walked in through the door, Reaper looked over at the man, “Chaos, the Fallen One.”

“Well Reaper this would be an honor, if it wasn’t for the fact that we’re here to break you.”

“Break me?”

“Yes, it’s high time you started to put your sword in the service for War.”

“That will never happen.”

“Oh trust me when I say that you will do as told. Lower it”

The wall in front of Reaper lowered, he saw Tsunami and Jim strapped to a chair. “You better let them go.”

“You’re in no position to demand anything. I on the other hand can force you do what ever I want.”

“What do you mean?”

Chaos pointed to a sprinkler over Tsunami’s head. “Now with all your information that you’ve learned over the years you showed know the number one reason vampires hate water.”

Reaper pulled against the chains, “You wouldn’t dare, ugh.”

The enchantments on the chains kept Reaper from using his supreme strength, “Awwwwww.”

Chaos smiled, “So you do know. If fresh, untampered water is put on a vampire their power short-circuits and can even kill them.”

Chaos snapped his fingers; the sprinkler came on Tsunami reactions happed almost immediately. She started screaming in extreme pain, “You son of a.”

Chaos punched Reaper in the face “Watch your mouth, you miserable human.”

“You know you’re really tough when I’m tied up.”

Tsunami’s screams brought her to the front of Reaper’s attention, “Hey Chaos, untie me so I can beat the hell out of you.”

“I think not.”

Chaos walked over to Tsunami, “Now Tsunami all you have to do is listen and do everything that War tells you. Now for your first assignment, go over there and kill Jim. It’s what he deserves for falling to follow orders.”

“I won’t do it. I don’t follow War’s orders anymore. I don’t care what you do to me my resolve is absolute. War is a thug and he must be taught a lesson.”

With what strength he could use Reaper looked over Tsunami, hey Tsunami I can get us out of here but that requires one thing from you.

Tsunami struggled to look over at him her body was completely drenched, it did look like an electrical short with the lighting aura surrounding her, yes what is it? I’ll do it what ever it is.

There’s only one way to do this task. Will you, Lady Tsunami allow me to take your hand in marriage?

Yes, I love you; I want to spend everyday with you. I would be honored for me to marry you.

Excellent. Now for the situation at hand, Reaper closed his eyes, the Seal of Heaven, release.

The sprinkle turned off Chaos looked up at it, “What going on?”

“Hey you, the freak with no eyebrows.”

Chaos turned back to face Reaper, “What did you say?”

Reaper opened his eyes and smiled, “Good now that I have your attention, let’s play a game.”

“And what game can you play in your condition?”

“But that’s the game; let’s see how long you can hold me here.”

A massive shock wave ripped through the whole complex, the walls and floor around Reaper were braking apart, “What the hell is going on?”

“Sir, his power is skyrocketing; I don’t know how long the chains can hold.”

Now that the sprinkler had stopped Tsunami could move freely. She wiggled herself loose and ran over and untied Jim. Jim was dumbfounded by what was happening, Tsunami slapped him back to reality, “Hey come on we can’t stay here, Reaper buying us time. We should use this time to get out of the way.”

Reaper aura was getting stronger by the second; the ceiling had started to crack and collapse. Chaos was shielding his face with his arms, “How can you have that kind of power?”

“I don’t give explanations to the dead, so I guess you’ll have to wonder for all time.”

The chains holding him were breaking under the stress, but as they tried to leave Tsunami saw something truly horrifying. As the chains were coming apart one of the links cut the leather strap to his Rosario necklace. It fell to the ground with a heavy thud. “Oh no, Jim we have to get out of here now!” Tsunami flashed back to what Reaper had said what would happen if too much power was released.

Now the room was under full destruction, Reaper hair had turned sliver in response of the Rosario coming off but his eyes were different from before, instead of the calm peaceful way they normally looked, they showed nothing but bloodlust. His incisors grew to the point to where even when he closed his mouth they would still be able to be seen. When all the chains finally broke Reaper gave one final look at Chaos, when he spoke it was more demonic, “I hope you’re ready. I’m goanna kill you!”

In a flash Reaper ran at, grabbed, and punched Chaos through the ceiling of the complex. When Chaos opened his eyes again he was floating over Big Ben. Reaper appeared out of no where and kicked him right though the giant clock tower and more than forty meters into the ground.

With her quick speed Tsunami dragged Jim to outside out the city limits, “We should be safe out here.” She turned to watch Reaper get ready to finish off Chaos.

Reaper’s power was unimaginable, and it was still climbing, “Well I hope you’re ready to die.”

Chaos regained his composer and looked up at Reaper. Reaper was summoning a great deal of energy to both hands. After a while two orbs appeared in his hands one white one black. Reaper forced his hands together. The two energies mixed together, Chaos was taken back, “There’s no way. He can’t have the energy to do that.”

The two completely combined, Reaper smiled at him, “Goodbye, Ragnarok!”

Tsunami watched as a humongous blast of energy ripped through the atmosphere and hit Chaos. When it landed half of London vaporized instantly. As she watched, a piece of the crash hit Jim in the head, he dropped. Tsunami turned his attention to him, “Jim are you okay?”

The side effects of being in the water to long kicked in, “Oh no, not now, I’m completely drained.”

When Tsunami woke up she found herself back in bed at the mansion, “So you’re awake finally.”

Tsunami rolled over to the window. Reaper was sitting in a chair looking at her with a smile, “Well that’s a relief. I was so worried.”

Tsunami sat up, she still felt a little weak, “So, how long was I out?”

“Hmmm, three days straight, after Chaos was destroyed I regained some of my control sealed the power I released by up and found my Rosario and retrained the rest of my power. After that I came looking for you and Jim. When I found you, you both were out cold.”

“Then what happened to Jim?”

“When he came to he explained everything he knew about what was going on through War’s head. I offered him a job that would mean he never had to be involved in the fighting every again. He took the job instantly.”

“But what job could you offer him?”

The door to the room opened, “Excuse me Lord Reaper, but your dinner is ready, and you really must eat. Well Lady Tsunami you’re awake, thank heaven.”

Tsunami couldn’t believe it, the man that was standing there was Jim, “Jim how can you be in this realm?”

Jim raised his right hand, a magical ring was on his finger, “I’m only an E-rank but I’m still a warlock. Reaper offered me the job of being your butler.”

“But why?”

“Well we’re going to need one if were going to start a family. I mean after we are getting married aren’t we.”

Tears came to Tsunami’s eyes, “Oh yes, I could I forget, a family, I’ve dreamt of that for so long.”

Reaper stood and headed for the door, “Then I’ll get the preparations started, after all you better get some more rest.”

After he left Tsunami rolled over and went back to sleep, for she was still very exhausted.

Reaper and Tsunami appeared in front of the mansion. They both felt winded, “Well I feel like going to bed for the day how about you?”

“Yes, some rest sounds good, but before that we need to do something. I hope you saved enough energy like I asked you to.”

When they entered the mansion Reaper headed for the kitchen before he went up stairs, “Where are you going?”

“I want to get something before we go to bed. I’ll be up in a minute.”

Tsunami didn’t give it much thought and headed up to the room. After five minutes had passed, Tsunami was looking out the large glass window of the bedroom, she was using the blanket to cover herself, “It’s been three months now, sooner or later he’ll have to go back and I’ll be all alone again. So do I really want to get any closer to him?”

“Anyone I know?”

Surprised Tsunami dropped the bed sheet, Reaper had sprang up before her he was holding a wine glass with red wine in it, but like all the other times she was naked and he was facing her he had his eyes closed, “You know if keep jumping like this I’ll start thinking you want me to see you naked.”

Tsunami took the glass from him, Reaper turned and headed for his side of the bed, “But I just don’t know Reaper.”

Tsunami had picked the sheet back up and headed for her side.

Reaper looked at her, “Not sure about what?”

“I’m at quite a crossroads here. Whether to fall in love with you or to keep my distance so when you leave my heart isn’t broken.”

Tsunami sat down on the bed. Reaper laid down beside her as she took a drink of her wine, “Now this would be the honest way of doing, follow to what your heart wants. And remember this, it doesn’t matter if I’m back in Purgatory, or if I’m right here in your arms, I will always carry no regrets about what we do together.”

Tears were coming to Tsunami, Reaper smiled, “You know crying is unbecoming of the Vampire Queen.”

Before Tsunami had realized what she was doing she was kissing him on the lips. She pulled herself away, “I’m sorry.”

Reaper looked her in the eye, “What’s there to be sorry about? I told you to follow your heart.”

“But I remember what you said to me about stuff like that.”

“I told you that I wouldn’t sleep with you until we were married, kissing on the other hand is okay.”

“Really you don’t mind?”

“I enjoyed it you’re the first person to ever show me what a joy life could be, you see back when…”

Tsunami put her hand on his lips, not another word you’re killing the mood.

The next morning Tsunami felt better than ever. She and Reaper set out on the morning rounds to see how everyone was doing. It looked all around normal, young monsters playing in the streets, undisguised because they didn’t know how to transform into a human. People eager to display their talents to Reaper, to see if they were ready to move up a class, and in a nutshell an all around peaceful day. Tsunami was enjoying it. Then she sensed someone running up behind them. Honey I sense Terragt coming up to us from behind.

Yes, I know thank you.

Reaper turned around, “Yes Terragt what is it?”

Terragt kneeled before him, “Well lord it seems that a strange skeletal man is at the arena and causing trouble.”

Tsunami flipped; do you think its Death?

Hmmm, most likely, no realm is safe from him; we better go check it out.

So much for the peaceful morning.

“Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I’ll see to this matter personally.”

“Sorry to question you, but do you think that is really necessary?”

“Yes, I’m going just to analyze the situation than plan accordingly. Now go and bring the S-ranks to the arena.”

“Yes of coarse lord.”

As Reaper and Tsunami approached the arena they could see a fight had broken out one of C-ranks was lying helpless on the ground, they could tell that the skeletal man was in fact Death.

Death loomed over the downed monster, “Now remember this as you depart this world.” He raised his scythe to remove his head. “No one escapes from death.” As he brought his scythe down the ground in front of him split open, “What someone snuck up on me?” He jumped back out of the way, “who the hell are you?”

Reaper and Tsunami approached, Reaper with a sword and with a serous look on his face. “I am the one who goanna beat you down, how’s it going?”

“Well Reaper you seem to be every where.”

All the people around them knelt out of respect, “Lord Reaper welcome.”

Death smiled, “Well Lord Reaper, and how do you come by that title?”

“That’s none of your business; by the way you are not welcome here.”

“So are you going to make me leave?”

Tsunami bursted out, “Not just him, but we will all fight to get rid of you.”

Everyone stood up and was ready to fight, “Yeah!”

Reaper put up his right hand, “No, I will take him myself so no one gets an unnecessary injury, but before that we should test him.”

Everyone started to snicker; Death tilted his head, “Test?”

“Yes, you are in my world so you must obey my rules.”

“Yes I know, the one rule we celestial beings must follow when entering a domain inhabited by others, so what’s the test?”

Tsunami looked over at Reaper, celestial what does he mean?

I’ll explain later.

Death sighed, “So what’s the stipulation?”

“Well like everyone else in order to fight me you must first compete in the S-rank match at the arena. If you win you then have the right to challenge me to a match.”

“Very well, when does this match take place?”

“The next one is tomorrow; you’ll have to enter as an undead.”

“Good, tomorrow then be ready for the match of the century. But until then, later.”

Death sank into the ground and was gone. Reaper looked at the others standing around, “Well you heard for the first time in three months there will be an S-rank match tomorrow; those who have earned the title of S-rank may enter. And like always there will be the other matches. So train well and let the matches be the best one’s yet.”

The crowd cheered at the news. All except for Tsunami, she wanted answers for questions she didn’t know how to ask, without dredging up Reaper’s past. The last time she heard about it she felt so guilty about asking him. She decided to herself that she would ask him later.

The rest of the day went by smoothly, everyone was busy training and talking about the fact that Reaper might fight in the arena again. Tsunami was actually worried about the match though. Reaper I feel like this could be a trap.

I know that is why the S-ranks who are there after that the fight will be standing guard around you.

But, are you sure?

Yes, because the only way they can stop me is if they get to you. So tomorrow wear your casual coat but have your fighting outfit on under it. Oh I almost forgot, you wanted to ask me about the celestial beings.

Its okay you have ties to those guys and I don’t want to anger you.

If that’s the case I’ll tell you later when we go to bed but for now we’ll leave it alone.

They went to see the S-ranks training ground to explain the details of what was going to happen tomorrow. As they approached, Negma, who was overseeing the training today, saw them coming, “Well Lord Reaper and Lady Tsunami welcome, and what bring you here?”

Reaper held Tsunami in his arms, “I need to discuss something with all of you.”

“Of coarse sire, hey everyone come in for a minute Lord Reaper wishes to talk to us.”

After all of them came in Reaper took a look around, there were eight of them now instead of the three that Reaper faced, “Alright now that everyone is here I’m going to explain how things are going to work tomorrow. Negma Terragt and Trusagi you three are going to face Death tomorrow. You three have the most experience fighting at that caliber. Now the rest of you will have an important purpose. You see, I believe there will be an attempt to abduct Lady Tsunami but we can’t let the enemy think that we’re on to them. So I want you guys to position your self so you can get to her if she comes under attack.”

“Yes sir!”

Tsunami looked at the ones who were going to keep an eye on her; she could feel the power of all of them, “Now Kouya since you’re the strongest of the remaining people here if Death should win I want you to stand guard right next to Lady Tsunami when I go to face him, now does everyone understand what is happening tomorrow?”

“Yes!”

“Good now I leave you to return to your training.”

Reaper and Tsunami returned to the mansion to get to bed early so they could get everything around just incase they came under attack. As they laid there under the covers Tsunami rolled over and put her arm over Reaper. “You were going to explain.”

Reaper looked up at the ceiling, “Where to begin, well I guessed that you noticed that War and the other brothers are not at all human. They’re what they call a celestial, a being made from the deities from Heaven or Hell. Heaven ones never seem to want to leave so the four that are here are from Hell, and they were even created by the deity of Hell itself.”

Tsunami lifted herself up a little, since they never wore their Rosarios to bed her sliver hair covered her chest, “And the rule?”

Reaper blinked when he looked at her, “Hmmm, the rule that they have to follow is that when they are ether summoned to this world, or invade it, if a single person is singled out as the undisputed ruler of the world, they must follow all the rules that has been set by that person. If they don’t Hell itself will come up and claim them.”

Tsunami was puzzled, “But aren’t you bound by that rule as well?”

“No, you see I watch over a plane myself and I wasn’t created in Heaven or Hell, so I would be considered as a god.”

“If that’s true, you don’t have to go back, do you?”

“That I don’t know, being as strong as I am I could level this entire world if I wanted to, that’s why these seals were created to keep our powers in check but as you could see War hasn’t sealed his power back up since he found out how to release it. And as for me I was warned I could lose myself to rage if I release too much power at once.”

Tsunami laid back down next to him, she grabbed his chin and brought his head towards hers until his head could see into his eyes fully, “If you ever do lose yourself to rage, I will fight with all my might to try and calm you down.”

“Why?”

“Because Reaper and this is the simplest answer, I love you.”

“I know, because I love you to.”

He kissed her, Tsunami put her arms around him and he did the same. They fell asleep in each others arms.

The next morning after the breakfast drink, they headed out for the arena. When they arrived Death was waiting for them, “Good morning “Lord” Reaper, Lady Tsunami. Are ready to go down Reaper?”

“Aren’t you getting ahead of yourself? After all you still have to win the match first.”

“Don’t worry I will.”

Death went to the preparation room to get ready. Reaper watched him leave. I got this feeling.

I know Reaper, I feel it as well. But I can’t place it.

I can’t either. Just stay on your toes.

They walked to the entrance to the arena, the gatekeeper greeted them. When they sat down in their box seats Reaper looked around. One, two, three, four. Four, we’re minus a person. I can sense them, but they’re not in viewing area.

“Welcome to the arena, everyone is on edge at the thought of our beloved Lord Reaper back in action after a three month siesta from the fields of battle. So let the first match begin!!”

The battles progressed like always even if they took a little longer than usual. The whole time Reaper couldn’t shake the feeling he had. After lunch it was time for the S-rank competition the four combatants stood there ready to begin. Reaper stood up and walked to the ledge, “Now before this match begins, I want to make one thing very clear to you Death. In this arena the use of fatal force is forbidden, you fight until your foe is rendered immobile. This rule is concrete, understand?”

“Yes, right whatever lets just get this party started.”

The bell sounded and the match was off. Everyone watched as Death was back into a corner by the other three almost instantly. Reaper sat back, “Now it begins.”

Tsunami leaned on him, “So any sign of number five yet?”

“No.”

They stayed on edge but kept watching the match. After thirty minutes had passed Death had finally come out the winner, “Alright, since I am the winner I hereby challenge you Reaper.”

Reaper stood and smiled, “I accept your challenge.”

Reaper teleported down in front of him. “So are you ready?”

“Yes, but I have one request. I say we fight like mean it, all out, 100%.”

Reaper looked at him, “You know what that means if you lose right?”

“Yes I do, but I won’t lose, not to you.”

Reaper summoned a sword in his left hand. “Then come and face your destiny.”

Death picked up his scythe, “No, you’re going to face yours.”

The bell sounded and the match was off. Death was the first to attack; he tried to end things in a hurry by striking at Reaper’s head but Reaper knocked the scythe out his hand and burying into the wall. Death jumped into the air holding out both hands towards, “Serdo.”

A massive energy wave shot out of his hands. Reaper held his sword and cut the attack in half, “Well you really want end this quickly, I mean, to use a doom blast this fast in a match. You must really want to kill me.”

Death came running at him with scythe in hand. “Shut up, I said to fight flat out didn’t I?”

“I guess you did.”

Tsunami was watching the match with amazement; Death is one of the Three Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and he’s not even getting close to you, so just how strong are you Reaper?

Over the next few seconds she could feel herself getting tired, “I must stay awake, or I…”she was out cold.

“Good phase one is completed, what about Death?”

“Bzzzz. Let him accept his fate.”

“Right, understood.”

Back down on the battlefield Death was slowing down from the prolonged battle. Reaper dispersed his sword and had started to leave, “Where are you going?”

Reaper looked back at him, “You started the match at your peak, so even only after ten minutes your power is almost gone. They’ll be no reward for killing you now.”

Death was enraged, he ran at Reaper as fast as he could, “How dare you insult me.”

After he swung he thought he had killed him, but when the smoke cleared Reaper had caught his scythe in his right hand, the sword in his left had returned. “How sad, I gave you an option of backing out without the fear of dying, but I guess you really are reckless. GOODBYE!”

Reaper swung his sword, cutting Death in half, than two great skeletal hands reached out of the ground and grabbed a hold of Death. They drugged him back down to the Underworld. Reaper… help me

He instantly jumped back up to the box seat. Tsunami was out cold and standing behind her was Kouya. Reaper was pissed, “Kouya what’s the meaning of this?”

“I’m deeply sorry sire but I’m collecting the bounty on your head and I’m not alone.”

Thirty soldiers came out from behind the curtain. Kouya was holding a knife to Tsunami’s throat, “Please sir, just surrender, I really don’t want to kill her.”

Reaper destroyed his sword, “Very well”

?????????????

It had been three months since Reaper had come to Earth. And during that time he and the Lady Tsunami had become very close. They were always seen together and always holding each other in their arms. During that time they each had trained each other in their own ways. Tsunami had showed Reaper how to cook, clean and the modern way of doing things. In exchange Reaper trained Tsunami in the martial arts. She picked it up very well, so well to where Reaper had to take off his Rosario if she took off hers.

Her skill made her the defending champion of the A-rank class, Reaper had decreed that the S-rank matches to continue and if the victor wishes it, they could challenge him. Also connections had been established between the monster realm and the Resistance.

The arena had just finished this months matches, Reaper and Tsunami were leaving together as always. Tsunami looked up at him, “I feel like I keep getting stronger.”

Reaper smiled and looked down at her, “Yes I know. I have yesterday’s training session to prove it. If you keep it up, you’re going to get as strong as me.”

“I don’t think that can happen. I feel you get stronger all the time as well.”

“Perhaps, I just wonder how much stronger the rest of them can get. I mean look, everyone training trying to get better. The only reason we have an E-rank class anymore is for the younger monsters.”

“Yes, and we have you to thank for that.”

“Oh please I just showed how strong people could become with training and honing their skills.”

“But that’s what makes you a great person, Reaper.”

“Tsunami.”

The mood was broken when Terragt approached them, “Milord, we have a report from the Rebellion.”

Reaper stood up straight and looked back at him, “Yes, what is it?”

“Well Lord Reaper, it seems that word has finally got back to War about what happened to one of his guards, he’s searching high and low for the man known as Reaper. He’s even put a bounty on your head.”

Reaper was intrigued, “Really so just how much has our friend War put on my head?”

“Hundred million, all in cash.”

“Is that everything?”

“Yes, milord.”

“Than return to your post.”

“Yes sir.”

Reaper looked down at Tsunami, “Well we better go check and see what the Captain has to say.”

“Yes, I guess we better. So let’s get going. Just make sure you save yourself for tonight.”

Reaper laughed, “I’ll be sure to do that.”

Tsunami held on to Reaper tight and in an instant they had left for the Rebel Base.

“Sir, I just got a call from the monster realm. It seems Reaper himself is on his way here.”

“Yes, I know. He’s already here.”

In a bang of smoke Reaper and Tsunami stood before the Captain. Tsunami was use to instant movement now, and stood proudly next to her man. The entire room stopped and knelt before them even the Captain, “Welcome, Lord Reaper and Lady Tsunami. Thank you for coming we are honored by your presence.”

Reaper stepped forward, “Oh please, you don’t have to kneel before me. After all we are both leaders there’s no reason for us not to talk as equals.”

The Captain stood back up. Everyone else returned to their duties. “My, what have you two been up to? You guys look so much stronger than when you left here. And your hair so much longer.”

Even though they hadn’t really noticed, their hair was longer than three months earlier. Reaper’s hair was down to elbows and Tsunami’s went to between her knees and her waist. Reaper looked at the Captain, “So I hear there’s a bounty on my head.”

The Captain’s face turned grim, “Not only you but Lady Tsunami as well.”

Tsunami blurted out, “Why in the hell would War put a price on my head?”

“Not on your head milady, but on your safe return. War thinks you’ve been abducted by us. So he’s getting all the mercenaries together to build a strike force to discover were we are.”

Reaper took control of the situation, “So what’s the layout of War’s Domain look like now.”

“Well since one of the guards is dead, War rebuilt his castle gate wall with only one gigantic gate on the south side so we can’t surprise him again.”

“I see so we are going to have to think of a different plan of attack. But this on is going to take time and as long as Tsunami and I stay in the monster realm we can keep your base safe.”

Then without cause or warning, sirens all over the room started going off. The Captain run to the sonar array, “What’s going on? Report!”

“Sir, we have multiple contacts. It’s evident that they know we’re here.”

“I can see that. Alright let’s begin the evacuation.”

“But sir, there are troops inbound from every location there’s no where to go.”

Reaper stepped forward, “I can get you all out of here.”

The Captain turned around, “And where would we go?”

“Wherever you wish, but I would try that training ground it’s expansive enough to hold you all.”

Reaper snapped his fingers, “There’s a portal in the hanger, barracks, infirmary, and right here. Now that is taken care of, get out of here. Message me when the last of you people are out, but until that time Tsunami, you’ll keep War’s troops from entering the hanger, mean while I’ll be attacking them head on. That should give you guys enough time to get out. So I suggest you get the evacuation started.”

“Yes, of course.”

The Captain ordered the evacuation to begin, “Attention all personal please head for the portals in the marked locations on the map, is this not a drill. War’s entire force is on its way here. So please only take what you need.”

Reaper looked down at Tsunami, “Well we’ve got work to do. If you’re worried about me don’t. The entire military force can’t stop me.”

“Yes, just remember don’t get to tired. I’m going need you to have energy for later.”

Reaper and Tsunami headed off for the door. As they exited they stood before the armies, but leading them was not War. It was a strange skeletal soldier with a scythe for a weapon. “It’s Death the Demon Angel, the youngest of the three brothers. Looks like it’s his army, and not War’s. So remember no enemy gets inside of this door.”

Tsunami looked up at Reaper, “Yes, but are you going to be okay?”

“Don’t worry if I do my job well this will be a simple task for you to guard this door. So just sit back and watch the show.”

Reaper kissed Tsunami on the cheek and headed out, “Just don’t overdo it, my love.”

As the armies closed in on the hanger doors, the troops noticed only one figure standing in their way. But as they got closer they grew scared. Death felt their raising panic, “C’mon men its only one man.”

“That maybe the case, but look at which man it is, sir.”

Death turned back to see this one man, “Well ,well. I would have never guessed.”

The army stopped before Reaper. Death approached him, his hand readily on his weapon, “Well Reaper I thought I never see you again. What has it been 1,000 or has it been 2,000 years.”

“Not quite long enough, you’re still no match for me.”

“Still the arrogant one aren’t we. Tell me something, why are you here?”

“Well if you must know is this where I live.”

“If that’s the case is the Lady Tsunami here as well.”

“That would be correct.”

“If your working for Tsunami way did you kill one of guardians to War’s Domain?”

“What didn’t they tell you the whole story?”

“They said you killed him.”

“Well that is true, I did kill him. But I gave him three chances to show Tsunami some respect, but instead he decided to draw his sword at me.”

“I see, but I’m sorry to say we still have to place you under arrest for the killing of one of the guardians to War’s Domain. So will you come quietly?”

“You should know me better than that.”

“Yes I do. Well so be it, we’ll just have to kill you and take Tsunami with us.”

All the soldiers drew their swords and started to advance. Reaper had one last thing to ask, “Hey just out of curiosity, how many troops do you have here with you.”

“More than even you can defeat. Now the full bounty will go to the one who brings me his head! Charge!”

“Sigh, very well. I herby sentence you all.”

Reaper stuck out his left arm, a sword emerged. He raised it up over his head, “I herby sentence you all, to DEATH!”

He brought the sword down. When the sword was parallel to the ground an energy burst shot out the end of it. When the smoke cleared a large group of soldiers were gone. “Well that’s five hundred less.”

The rest of the army ran in to collect on the offer. The first one that swung at Reaper had his arm and head removed before he knew what happened. One tried to sneak in behind Reaper while he was distracted, but he was caught, and he also was without a head. But every time Reaper swung, more than just who he hit ended up dead. A couple hundred soldiers would die every swing. Back in the bridge the Captain was overseeing the evacuation and watching the progress of the battle, “I don’t believe it. He really is holding them all off on his own.”

“Sir, we’re up to eighty percent evacuated.”

“Good I don’t know how much longer Reaper can keep going like this and I’ll bet they are doing more than a frontal assault.”

Tsunami was watching in amazement at Reaper’s power, “So this why he had me stay back. So he didn’t have me to worry about while he was fighting with that kind of power.”

“I wouldn’t be so sure of that.”

Tsunami jumped at the voice behind her, mainly caused she recognized it. She looked back over her shoulder. It was one of the guardians from when Reaper was going to train her at the training ground. “My, my, it appears he didn’t think of everything.”

This time the voice came from the other direction, “Yes, a grave miscalculation indeed.”

“Well, it seems that the gang’s all here.”

The remaining three guardians appeared before her. “So what business do the three stooges have here?”

“We’ve been ordered by War to come and get you, by any means necessary.”

“Well you can tell him I’m not going anywhere I don’t want. Especially back there.”

“I suggest you come peacefully, we’re aloud to use force.”

Tsunami smiled at them, “Is that so? I hope you’re ready for what that means.”

“You must be crazy. You can’t possibly take us on.”

In the next second Tsunami had launched herself and was in his face. Then in a great crash the man had disappeared. Tsunami turned her attention back to the other two, “Well he’s dead are there any other takers?”

A voice came over the speaker system, “Lady Tsunami we’ve all evacuated now it’s time for you and Reaper to get the hell out of there.”

“I see”

Reaper they evacuated it time to go.

You go I’ll be along in a moment.

I cant I’m being held up by the two remaining guardians. One of them is already dead in one punch.

One punch, you’re getting stronger all the time.

Reaper turned his attention back to the army, “Well it seems it time for me to go. So I can’t hold back anymore.”

Reaper raised his sword, the army stopped charging him. They could feel the power that Reaper was putting into his sword. Death approached him in awe of the power Reaper was wielding. “How can you control that much power and how are you doing it?”

“It’s really nothing the sword is reacting on my desire to kill you. This is the art of no fear. When you swing you kill, when you’re defending you don’t let them cut you, and when you’re protecting someone you don’t let them die!”

When Reaper brought his sword down there was massive explosion. Tsunami and the guardians looked in the direction of the explosion. “Reaper how on earth can you do that?”

A large heat bubble rose from were the fight was taking place. Then it collapsed, a huge shock wave raced through the area. One of the guardians took this to his advantage. “You know you shouldn’t let your guard down Tsunami.”

As Tsunami looked back to intercept the attack she heard Reaper voice, what his says is true for him as well.

In the next instant the man was pinned into the hanger door, and he was dead.

Reaper turned to the last guy, “Well, well it looks like you’re the only one left, so what’s next?”

The last remaining guy through down a smoke bomb and disappeared. Reaper looked back at Tsunami, “You did very well.”

“Not nearly as good as you, I mean what did you do out there.”

“Used 20% of my power.”

“If that’s true I may never catch you.”

Reaper took Tsunami into his arms, “You seem to forget, I lived a lot longer life than you have.”

Tsunami laughed, “Yeah I guess you’re right. Come on we better go make sure the Captain is okay.”

“Yes, well hold on tight.”

Training Ground, Mount Everest (War’s Domain)

Reaper and Tsunami appeared before the Captain, “Well is everything okay?”

“Yes, thanks to you two, we managed to get all the personal and the refugees out there, thank you.”

Tsunami stepped forward and put her hand over her chest, “Oh please we were happy to help, and you don’t need to thank us. Besides Reaper did most of the work.”

Tsunami leaned on Reaper, “That’s not quite true Tsunami. What would have happened if I hadn’t placed you where I did? Those boneheads would have entered the base and found out where the Resistance was headed. So you   were very important. Well since you guys are okay we going to go back before we give you guys away. There’s only one way in or out so you should be able to run things smoothly.”

In a poof of smoke they were gone again.
