Ok, I may sound totally gay. But when you wake up in the morning or after a nap and you stretch one of your legs too far for your body to handle and you get a really horrible pain/cramp and you have to move your leg to get rid of it?
Well yesturday afternoon, I took a nap. and i was still laying in bed so i stretched my leg too far for my body to handle and the pain wouldnt go away. So i got outta bed and realized i couldnt bend my leg back! My foot was just like laying there and i had to use all my muscles to get it back up to normal.
So tonight I went bowling and everytime my muscle stretches it hurts soooo bad. I need like a deep tissue massage. Any people up to that? lol.
