Realization
Withered flesh and tortured souls,
Vowing to be forever
As time takes its toll.
A troubled mind,
Shows that life’s unkind,
To the one’s who use to be.
A promise, a dream,
And a wish for something,
to bring my youthfulness back.
Lies and despair,
Knowing no one cares;
And coming to realize……
What leaves us to see,
What reality really means.
For death, shall come for us all one day.
