Why So Serious's blog: "READ AT YOUR OWN RISK"

We were so quick to condemn them. The story wasn't even an hour old and we had already found them guilty. After all, why would a woman ever lie about a thing like rape? Yet here we are almost a year after the story broke watching a woman who lied so many times she forgot her story go free without any sort of punishment while three young men return to a world that has been screaming for their heads the last 11 months. We screamed for justice and yet we let a womans lies go unpunished. We cried out that these three spoiled kids should pay for destroying the life of a single mother who had to resort to exotic dancing to make ends meet. Yet her lies have destroyed three lives and she is still being protected. What will happen when these three men try to get back to a normal life? You know when they have dinner with their girlfriend's parents that the only thought in the back of her parents minds is going to be "is she going to be safe?" In the court of public opinion these kids have been tried and found guilty. Its a shame that these lies are going to follow them for the rest of their lives and yet the woman who spread them is going free.

Ok there has been a debate going on for years about the death penalty specifically that Lethal Injection is too soft for the death penalty. I am here today to end this debate. Before I get started I would like to thank the people that invented the Whack-A-Mole game for the inspiration. For those of you who dont what the whack-a-mole game is here is a quick description. Its a game consisting of a table like machine that has lots of holes on the top. Through these holes pop up these plastic mole heads. You are armed with a foam mallet and your job is to whack the shit out of the mole before the head disappears and another one pops up. Now on to my idea. Basically its the same concept just bigger and bloodier. Instead of mole heads you get convict heads. Each head will pop up for three seconds and unlike the mole game it wont be the same convict popping up everytime after all we cant show favoritism in our penal system. Basically the way it works is you get 2 teams in at each table. Each team is comprised of 6 victims of a horrible crime or their families. Each table will have 12 convicts including the convicts that were responsible for said teams grief. That way each team gets a crack at the jackass that hurt them or their family members. Instead of being armed with a foam mallet we will give each person a bat. 2 members (1 from each team) step up to the table and take turns whacking the convicts. The team that gets the most points at the end of the game wins a small prize say...a coffeemaker or some such electrical doodad. The game ends when all the convicts are dead and yes there are bonus points for the killing blow. To make it worthwhile each team will receive a video or dvd of their performance during the game. In the case of rapists they will pop up out of the table balls first. Personally I think this is much better than lethal injection and the family/victim is the one that gets to dispense the justice.
