UPDATE:well all started when My ex-husband went behind my back and contacted the MOORE CENTER SERVICES, INC. 195 McGREGOR STREET UNIT 400 MANCHESTER, NH 03102 and he signed to give up guardianship of my special needs son that just turned 18 yrs(guardianship of incapacitated adult) and from there they involved this place called Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Granite State Guardianship Services...

From there they contacted a attorney they said was for my son and he was an ass..my son told him he wanted me to be his guardian an it seemed like the attorney was more for the Moore Center and the County..ugggg
Final decision says we are co-guardians but if theres a disagreement then the Countys decision will prevail...i just dont get how they can jump into peoples life and have power over a parents rights like that..hmmmm
