There comes a time when you have to stand up and shout.
This is me damn it! I look the way I look, I think the way I think, feel the way I feel, love the way I love! I AM a whole complex package. Take me...or leave me? Accept me-or walk away. Don't try to make me feel less of a person, just because I don't fit your idea of who I should be and dont try to change me to fit your mold.
If I need change, I alone will make that decision.

You can't walk alone. Many have given the illusion,but none have really truly walked alone. Man is not made that way. So I have seen that there are others that can and will walk your way..
I am me. In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. Everything that comes out of me is auththentically mine, because I ALONE chose it-
I own everything about me: my body,my feelings,my mouth,my voice, all of my actions, weather they be to others or myself. I own my fantasies,my dreams,my hopes,my fears. I own my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.
Because I own all of me,I can become intimately acquainted wth me. By doing so, I can love me and be friendly to myself.
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle even me, and other aspects I don't even know? But as long as I am friendly and loving myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles within me. Find out more about me. However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authenthentically me. I can discard things within me that are unfitting. Keep the rest. Invinte something new with in me to replace those things that were discarded. I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me. I own me. And I am ok.
