So in the beginning of October I adopted a puppy from the local animal shelter. I couldn't take her home that day because she had to be fixed. Two days later I called and asked if she was ready, they proceeded to tell me that when they gave her the anesthesia she started snotting from the nose. So they told me to come and get he till she felt better. I ended up taking her to the vet right away and they said she had pretty much pneumonia. I get her well and started calling the shelter back to get an appointment to get her fixed, after two weeks they called me and scheduled it. I took her in yesterday at 10am to get this done, they called me at 1130 and said she was just waking up. I asked them how it went and they told me oh yeah she was already fixed, so when we prepped her we found the scar and so on. They told me to come and get her right away so I did. When I arrived to get her she was covered in her own shit and piss and could barely walk from the anesthesia and they sent her home to me like this. When I got home I also realised they had cut her nails which I did earlier that week, but they cut them shorter and two of them were cut so short you could tell they were bleeding. Today she is back to her normal self and was running around then I noticed blood everywhere, the two nails that they cut really short were again bleeding.
So I guess I want to know from all of you if I should call and complain or just keep my mouth shut and be grateful that I got her back still happy and healthy?
