I've finally figured out who I'm voting for in each election that my home address allows me to. I've picked the ones I have based on their past voting records, if they don't have a past voting record then I went by the voting record of who they were running against. Apparently I'm a Democrat because everyone I picked is a Democrat (didn't realize it at the time, just checked out of curiosity) though I'm not actually Democrat but unfortunately Democrats and Republicans are usually the only ones who stand a chance of actually getting elected. Anyways about why I picked who I did and then I'll list who I'm voting for.
The main and pretty much only issue of concern to me is the environment though when I looked at voting records I went by that section and the energy & oil section as they pretty much go hand in hand. The reason the environment is the only issue of concern to me is because if we ruin our ability to live on the planet, cause the extinction of countless species, have droughts in places and flooding in others, basically make the planet a hostile environment then whether or not abortion is legal or the school systems or if same sex couples can marry won't really matter now will it? Once we can take care of a problem that is planetary in scale then we can work on the smaller issues.
