I recently told someone to basically fuck off. He recently had a bad break up with his girlfriend and has been messaging me like crazy. I tried to be patient and do what I could to get his mind off of it, but he didn't listen or take any advice I had given him. I understand that he's depressed and hurting, but it was getting to the point where all I would hear from him was how lonely he was. He asked me to go look at her myspace page and see if she had written anything. I told him that she was my friend too and I'm not going to play spy. Etc Etc...
I kind of feel bad, but at the same time, maybe its what he needed. Someone to finally say enough is enough. This guy... I've known him for 7 years. I dated this guy and went through a lot of fucked up shit because of him. Anytime we argued and I wanted to leave, he would hold me down and wouldn't let me leave. He kicked a dent into my car door. He broke my palm pilot. He took advantage of me and the things I did.
I'm done. I should have been done a long time ago, but I felt bad. This guy was talking about slitting his wrists and curring up his arm. I was up until 4am one night trying to get him to NOT go to his ex's grandmother's house. I sat there and told him NOT to call her 10x and leave 10 voice messages when it was obvious she didn't want to talk to him.
No more. I'm not doing it anymore. I've got my own shit to deal with and I'm not putting up with it anymore. Fuck it. I'm too stressed to deal with this let alone my own crap. I've got a lot on my mind.
