Hello all. I really dont think anyone reads this blog. But in the hopes that some of the friends that I have made on here in the past read this, I just wanted to say I am back. So to get you all caught up. I had a great computer two years ago. Then I let a friend of mine move in. He accidently knocked it off the desk and the mother board broke. Oh well live and learn. Between getting laid off and my friend not haveing a job at the time. Well...it took awhile to get a nother computer. I did, but it was cheap and slow and would freeze up on Fubar, myspace, etc...I could hardly check my w-mail. So I just havent been on line in almost a year. And that SUCKS!!!!! I miss Fubar and all of my friends here. So please hit me back after reading this. OK? Last year was a rough year. Good job, but it didnt pay as much as the last job. There was cut backs in my budget but no bailout. LOL.....So Now I have a better computer. I was married and am now getting a divorced. I will be moving back to my home town for awhile also. I will be moving to Lindsborg, Ks. It is out by Salina and McPherson, Ks. for a few months. I am taking some time to help my mother, who is 86 years old, get her affairs together so she can move. I will be working there and taking care of her. Then I am back to Kansas City, Mo. My current job is cool about me taking some personal time off. So this is all working out. So Fubar. OK..........I have not been on line much in the last month. I appologize to all who I have been keeping in regular contact with here. It has been a busy time for me. I am working at Guitar Center in Independence, Mo. and this is the busiest time of the year. Currently I have been working 48 to 50 hours a week selling musical gear. So once again, I appologize to all who I have been in regular contact with. In other news here, My friend Jon is returning home from Iraq. He is currently in Hawaii and will be here in Missouri on the 11th. His nic name used to be PeeWee. But he is now a Sargent in the army. So I do not think that Peewee fits himany more. "Sargent PeeWee" just leave a little left off, you know? LOL My friend Dan, who is a civilian contractor in Iraq, was home recently as well. However it was for his mothers funeral. Not as good of a return. Sorry if I sound so unaffected by it all. This happened over a month ago and I have already delt with the loss. I have been in touch with Dans family (twin brother etc.....) so I have delt with it and moved on already. Other than that, nothing too much is happening. Keep on rockin and have a great holliday season. I do not know when I will be on here again. Never take your freedom for granted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK......So here is the updates to me, my self and I. I am now working at Guitar Center in Independence, Mo. I am working in the Pro-Audio Dept. selling PA, Keyboards, DJ, Lighting and Recording gear. Stop by if you need anything. I am quitting the cover band I have been playing in for the last year and starting another cover band with the bass player. Looking for a good drummer. Any one interested? I am also almost finished putting together and all original metal band. Needing Bass and drums for that. Anyone interested? If you are interested in either or both, remember. I live in the Kansas City, Mo. area. That may narrow it down a bit. I may also be playing guitar for an Elvis impersonator. OH god, did I just say that. LOL.........But he pays good. Promisses at least $250 per show. Now keep in mind. With all this going on. I am not on line as much as I used to be. Not to mention, I probably will not be on line as much in the future. Probably about once or twice a week. So dont forget me!!!!! Keep on sending stuff myway and I will return as best I can, time permitting. As the subject line says, Not so happy blog. I just found out last night, that a friend of mine named Mike Reily, aka "Angus" or "Faol the Elder" died. He had cancer. He also had heart problems in the past. I do not know all the details yet. But I do know that his cancer had been getting worse. I also found out that two weeks before the Kansas City Ren Fair, he found out that he had bleeding on the brain. Yet on the first day of Fair (1st weekend in Sept.) He was there working the front gate as usual. He was there also the 2nd weekend but only one day. So I have the usual things going on in my mind. I wish I was a better friend. I wish I had gotten to know heim better. Especially because he officially gae me my nic name of "Faol the younger"....By the way, Faol is the celtic word for wolf. The first time I ever met Mike, we got to talking about wolves and so much other stuff. He always had the coolist wolf jewelry. Mostly pendents and rings. Out of the blue, he gave me a one of a kind wolf Pendent that I still wear today (And I am wearing it as I type this in memory of Mike). In return I gave him a silver Wolfs head ring that I literally just bought about an hour before. Mike and I where instant friends and I am grateful for that. He was a Regular at the Ren Fest here. He had many friends. I consider him one of my brothers. I just wish I had spent more time with him and got to know him better. But life gets in the way. In true Mike Reily fashon, he has been cremated and his ashes will be spread out at the Kansas City Ren. Fest site.....The memorial will be held at the front gates so Mike can always watch the people comming and going from the festival Site. Mike "Angus" Reily, AKA "Faol" will be greatly missed by all.

Greetings from me with the dememtned mind.... My life is a roller coaster....As I am sure most of your are too. I have now bee out of work for almost two weeks now. I was Ill with both the flu bug and Bronchitis (sorry if I mis-spelled)....I was running a fever and well....you can guess the rest. I went to the doctor 3 times. Trying not to go into Pnemonia. I called work damn near every day like I am supposed to. No one answers their Damn Cel phone. or returns calls from the work message center....I Called Damn it.....But no one returned calls. I Left messages every time! However...I guess that wasnt good enough..I was fired becasue I was a no call no show. What a crock of shit!!! I even have my call records printed out and copied, but I still was fired becasue I didnt actually talk to one of my three managers. Like I said WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT!!!! But, to be honest....I hated that job anyway. I have several interviews and prospects. So the job hunt is looking good. Bills are getting behind and I shouldn't even be on line right now....But, I needed the break. I guess that's it for now.....Keep On Rockin' and Remember....Dont take your Freedom for granted!!!!

OK....So here is my first blog for this site. A little about me. I am a guitar player. More importantly, I am a musician. I currently play in a cover band. However. I am in the process of starting a new original metal band. Again. I have played with bands called Sonic Voodoo, One Hand Down, The Actors, Revolution-XXX, Toxic Blue, etc...... I will discuss almost anything. I have an opinion. However. You may not like it all the time. But my opinion comes from what I know. That's it for now.
