Ok trying really hard to get this suporvisor job that is up for grabs at my company. I work for a small company and honestly i've got 5 yrs in and everyone else is under 6monthes here. So just found out my company is advertising to hire for 3 cents more than i make for the same job i do. But i am trying for a suporvisor job. So should i
A) Complain and try for a regular raise
OR
B) Wait a little bit and see if i can get this supervisor job with the same company, making more? |
