Ok so a week or so ago I had a mumm about quitting smoking..
I have gone 3 full days without a cigarette now..
so pretty much the nicotine is out of my system..
But I want a cigarette SOOOOO BAD!! haha
I actually have moments where I see myself smoking a cigarette for like a second.
Crazy right?? Well AM I?? or is it just the nicotine trying to get me to smoke again..
I mean VIVID hallucinations of smoking.. Is that normal??
