I have tried for the last couple of years to quit smoking and after a couple of months i fall off the "burning wagon". I've tried just about every gimmick in the book but i always cheat!
My question is should I A) keep trying to quit til I get it right or B) stop trying for now because clearly I don't have enough will power
If you're an exsmoker...please for the love of god tell me how you did it! |
