is it just me or when you rate other peoples pictures they sometimes never seem to rate your pics back or leave comments for you.. but yet they always post and say they need to rank up and ask for help so you help them out and then you dont get anything back in return for it.. like i said im just wondering about this thats all.. can anyone tell me if its just me noticing this?
