I came from a very violent past as a child. I have been a volunteer firefighter for nearly 5 years and I was in the Army for a while until I got hurt. Sometimes I have nightmares of my childhood or things I have seen as a firefighter and soldier but just nightmares. Should I speak to a therapist or do yall think I have it pretty much under control?
