Refferals , Something has to be done.

I think for refferals should give partial credit untill after the refferals that join achive level 5 then reward full credit for them. also it would be nice if it is a requirement to upload photo before being able to join the website. I ask this because im geting tired of geting refferals and no photos being uploaded.

I understand that alot of people hateing on me because of that issue right there, I some how am supposed to magicly control people who join site from my url and make sure that there going to use the website alot and upload a photo. Alot of people hate on me because of my high refferal count. I am sorry that I like shareing something so wonderfull, don't know how to get refferals? read my blog its very decriptive and is how I do it. I work my but off to get the refferals and I don't think it is right that I am being asked to make sure they upload photos and use the site if there going to join the site. That really seems unfair and impossible. I try too word the bulletins and other methods of posting my url too get them too upload a photo and only join if they plan on usein the site but i think that is all that I as a person can do. As it is people who join from my refferal link have to do bouncer checks and who knows what els just to even be able to join site. maybe if we made it more easyer to upload a photo uppon join more would. What if we take a look and we do a survey to find out why so many users dont continue to use the site. then and only then maybe we can start having those who join from many people to continue to use the site? The biggst question I get from so many refferals that I talk too is, how do I upload a photo, and what is the site about. I try to tell them best that I can and they understand but they say to me, the directions and help section is not so helpfull. I tell them there are bouncers with ornage colord names who also can help if they so need it. they say most the times bouncers laugh at them for askin the stupidst question like how to upload a photo.

Well Ty for taken the time to read my rant and rave... lets please figure out something so that the new users who join site can find the help when they need it and have people there to help when they need it. A small FYI also, Anyone can figure out someones url by simpley going to there page and geting member ID number then just changeing there member id number on the refferal link from invite to reflect the new member id number. I know and have had peopel do this to me in hopes of geting me in trouble for fake refferals. when they go and sign up under my refferal link as if I invited them to join the site. maybe well were working on the refferals we also can some how come up with a more complicated refferal link, maybe figure out a sneakyer way so that people cant do this and get others in trouble?.
