“PRE-BOOTY CALL AGREEMENT”
This pre-booty call agreement, hereinafter called the AGREEMENT, is made between _________________ and ________________ two consenting adults.
This AGREEMENT, is entered into this ______________ Day of ___________, 2004.
The following conditions shall apply to both parties unless otherwise agreed to by both parties:
1. No sleeping over.
2. No meeting in public.
3. No calls before 12:00 am.
4. None of that "lovemaking" shit.
5. No emotional discussions.
(Example: Where are we headed with this? You know where it's headed - to the bedroom only!)
6. No plans made in advance... that's why you're called the backup!
7. No non-sexual gifts.
8. No baby talk (dirty talk is encouraged).
9. No calling for chit-chat between booty calls.
10. No asking for comparisons with former lovers (in fact, no conversation is better!).
11. No kissing, It's too intimate.
12. No calling each other "friends with benefits." (We are not friends and we won't be)
13. Calling out the wrong name during sex is OK. (Phrases such as "Honestly, I was thinking about Jada Pinkett/Eric Benet" are completely acceptable).
14. No extra clothing. (I don't want your ass leaving anything behind that might identify you).
15. No guilt about falling asleep right after sex.
16. No getting offended if you are not asked if you enjoyed it (I don't care)...and don't ask me! I'll get mine and you worry about yours, we start at the same time.
17. I will not walk you to the door/car for any reason.
18. If anyone asks who you are, the standard response will be "An associate from work."
19. We hook up absolutely whenever the mood strikes for both of us.
20. This agreement is strictly confidential between the two consenting adults, no discussions about it.
I agree to the aforementioned terms. Both consenting adults must agree upon any alterations or amendments. If any party attempts to change or alter any terms of this AGREEMENT without mutual consent, this AGREEMENT will automatically become null and void with no obligations due either party.
