Can't complain about the weekend one bit. It was the clam I needed after a tense week at KSEX. It wasn't tense for any drama but everyone seemed on edge at the studio this past week for various reasons. I chalk it up the stress of the holidays approaching. Hopefully this week will be a bit smoother and everyone (including myself) will be in a better head space and mood. I spent most of the weekend working on finally making my apartment's living room look like Konnie and I actually live there instead of looking like we just moved in. IKEA and Target were the stores of choice as I picked up a coffee table, side table and various little decorations. Once I get a bit of extra money, I need to pick up some artwork for the walls and another a small table for the stereo to rest on. I have a feeling the employees at both stores will get to know me quite well before I’m done. The other half of the weekend was spent getting the P4 1.3 computer rebuilt and set up in the living room. Most of Sunday was spent updating the computer, as well as installing a few games and programs. The idea is to have a computer in the front room for visitors to check their e-mail or entertain themselves if Konnie and I are busy around the apartment. Finally the apartment is beginning to feel like it would be ok to have guests over for dinner and such. This week I am doing a lot of job seeking for a part time day job. I've really enjoyed being back at KSEX full time and at my age would rather work at a job I WANT to go to rather then work at a job I HAVE to do. I'll also be headed into KSEX at night for my normal shifts. I will also be attending PSK this Tuesday night as Black Window Talent and Carman Hart at sponsoring the event. Should be a great week to attend PSK with solid industry turnout.

The November 10th Birthday Bash that LorrAINIAC threw for me on air was a lot of fun. She put a lot of work into it along with help from Cuzz and Tony Batman. It turned out to be the highlight of my entire weekend. The in studio guests were Konnie (my roommate), Cara Lott, Shayna Knight, Alexia Milano, Robert, Chris Rock, Sideshow Tony, Triple D (aka Double H Bombs), Peter Warren from AVN, and KSEXradio's own Baadmaster. Also, KSEXradio listeners and friends, Fishman, Adriana, "Jon", Keiko and Gwen took the time to call in with Birthday wishes. I also wanted to say thank you to everyone to took the time to leave me birthday comments on myspace and here on Cherrytap as well. The rest of the weekend was underwhelming. Saturday, I got together with my parents and my friend Dennis for dinner. Later in the evening, I went to Bar Sinister to meet up with some non industry friends, who had been very vocal that I come the club so they could celebrate my birthday with me. After everyone greeted me, I ended up sitting alone most of the time there, as they disappeared, spread through out the club with most of them not to be seen the rest of the evening. After about 45 minutes and feeling like a fifth wheel, I quietly left for home. This week I'll be working at KSEX Wednesday through Friday, from the open of the live shows to midnight, as Tony Batman will be attending several industry parties to represent KSEX and XFANZ.

This year I had hoped to let my birthday pass quietly but, LorrAINIAC would not hear of it (love ya Rainy!). So, tune into KSEXradio.com this Friday, November 10th from 10pm-12am on Temptation to watch me get abused in celebration of my 35th birthday.

The last few days I've taken a "porn break", staying away from KSEX, porn parties and the adult industry lifestyle in general. I think everyone needs a break from their jobs (and even life) once in awhile to re-energize ourselves and too keep our perspectives focused. I'm thinking about shaving my head bald. My hair is thinning to the point where I am unhappy with it. With my 35th birthday coming up next month, I'm thinking it might be a needed change. Clinging onto things of the past for too long can go from nostalgic to pathetic in a very short time. ...Also, I don't want to end up looking like Hulk Hogan or a Venice Beach burnout. What do you guys think?
