Jackzn's blog: "Poem-I wrote in 96'"

This is a poem I wrote in 1996,(just found it) after I found my girl friend in bed with my best friend when I came home from work early to suprise her.

"For Me"

Love is, Love was

Love will always be,

For Me.

Love is taken, Love is stolen,

Love can be the most painful thing.

Love leads you to loneliness,

and loneliness is a terrible thing.

Loneliness is emptyness,

not knowing who you are,

or what you will be.

By far lonliness is the worst thing ,

For Me

In time my heart will mend

and love shall shine upon me again,

but for now I shall weep

because my heart being torn,

turned so very weak.

So I shall go on,

with this weakened heart of mine.

Because all in good time

love shall shine,

on this weakened heart of mine.

And then is when

love shall be mine again.

And that will be

the best thing,

For Me
