today was going perfect, i just turned 18
i saved up my money and bought u an engagement ring
my grandpa bought me a car so i went and picked u up
said goodbye to everyone and took u to lunch
we went to the movies and i thought no not yet
i cant ask her to marry me here, who would do that?
so we went to the mall and walked around til night
and all of a sudden the moment felt right
we walkded outside and into the parking lot
i walked to the car, went to open ur door and got shot
you rushed to my side about to cry
but i told u i was ok even though i knew i was going to die
i told u to call an ambulance and hurry back
and as u rushed off everything started going black
i heard u come back and u kissed my cheek
i tried to move but i felt to weak
then i heard the ambulance and you tried your best
to get their attention and i placed the ring on my chest
you bent down to kiss me and saw the ring
and i whispered "babe, will u marry me?"
you whispered yes and started to cry
and now that i got what i wanted, i laid back and died
