poem The Tragedy of Love

"The Tragedy of Love" They say "It's best to have loved and lost, Than to have never loved at all" although I don't totaly agree It's not completely false. To live a life without love yeah that's depressing, but to fear to love or of expressing now thats a tragedy. Take this story for example of a love I never got, I feared to express it because I thought that her type I am not. So I sit here pondering a love that might have been, all because I was scared of getting rejected. So how is this for a new version of an old expression, It's best to have loved and lost, than to have loved and feared to express it. Because love is such a beautiful thing you should never suppress it. But love is not so simple it still needs more consideration. The expression still one sided it should cover alot more angles. The more I think about the expression the more I want to change it, the tragedy behind love depends on the situation. I guess the expression can be changed to suit anyones feelings. But the basis for the tragedy of love is a lost oppurtunity.
