Now I know that it may be dangerous to post a cell number in fubar but I reposted that bulletin and am writing this blog in hopes that you will take a few minutes to put all your critisims aside... and pick up your phone and reach out to a woman that needs to know that although her heart is breaking in the worst way possible through the loss of her son in a terrifying manner that there is love that through time will help her heal. The love that so many over look in this harsh, frightening world... the love of a stranger!!!
I called her myself after reading the above bulletin and through her tears she thanked me for caring enough to take the time to call and for feeling and being willing to share her pain.
No matter how good the intentions, sometimes sincerity of the heart can't be heard through the words in an email. But the strength in a moment of darkness that a friendly voice can give you is truely unmeasureable!! So now pick up the phone, go to her web page... I don't really care how you do it but show this woman that even strangers care!!! Then please pray for her and ask the same of others every chance you get, that she can come through this!! And don't forget to hold your own kids tight and tell them how much you love them!!!
