i dont understand why people give the pit bull such a bad rap because those people are a bunch of ignorant idiots.first of all they see whats on the news and believe it,mistake #1.second there is no such thing as a pit bull,pit bulls disappeared centuries ago,they are american pit bull terriers,they dont get there name from pit fighting with other dogs like so many of you dumbshits believe,they got there name from being put in a pit to kill rats in early roman times and people would place bets on seeing how many they could kill.third ever since ive owned my "pit bull" ive found loyalty,devotion,and a faithful companion unlike that of any person or other dog in my life.the bond i have with my BEST FRIEND Kaos is unmatched and unbreakable.its not the dog its the way they are raised.he loves everyone...til they try me,then he would tear your ass up without hesitation or losing a wink of sleep.now you want to call that a killer,or a nuisance,i call that a partner.trust another person like that i dare you n you will find out your gonna get fucked.so now i wanna leave yall with this,we have trained our dogs to be what they are no matter what the breed,so who really deserves the bad rap.here is a poem i found on a apbt website i visit frequently
A Pit Bulls Poem
You made me what I am today, courage at its best.
You wanted me to know no fear, a cut above the rest.
Not only did I master that, I've thrown in loyalty, too.
Look past my eyes into my soul, you know I'd die for you.
I'll watch your kids, I'll watch your house.
Your praise will be my crown,
ask what you will-I'll do my best.
I'll even be your clown.
But some of you don't like me, I'm sure I don't know why.
The only thing I'm guilty of is courage, love, and try.
But still they want to see me go, they want my breed to end.
