I have start out by saying I am no saint by any means but I do attempt to be a good person. I don't like to see people hurt or go without the things they need to have a good comfortable life. And no I am not a sociologist person I believe we should be able to make good on our own, i.e start a business make some money, be a lawyer, doctor or what ever floats your boat... make good money or just get buy what ever makes you happy. But everyone needs a fair shake. There is no reason to take stuff away from people that are good people and have families to support. They make it so hard for some to get by anymore its sad at times. I can't say weather the president is doing good or not since we hit this subject, but thus so far all the money giving to companies that was controlled by a bunch greedy people and lost it; even if necessary to get the economy fixed I guess it needed to be done, but some of that could have been giving to the general public. Even a messily 800 bucks as most rumored about. Well 800 dollars is not messily to me as of right now, I will not go into my financially issues but 800 bucks is a lot to me at this point and time as I am sure it is for a lot of people right now. Now the reason I bring some of this up is I was watching the news tonight and saw a story about a lady who had gone on a TV game show and stated she would give the winnings to some schools for the deaf and she won a million dollars. Now her hubby has a construction business and it had some financial issues and I don't know that story but a good example of what I am talking. about. Now since his wife won that money a bunch of money grubbing bill collectors are wanting to take it. OK I can not be nice or professional with this statement... "WTF is wrong with those idiots." She is wanting to give this money to people that need it and now these companies are trying to get their hands on it. Honestly I do not care if the person did bad with his company or just had issues like most of use because of the economy, but those people trying to get those winnings should be ashamed of their self. I could totally justify them going after the cash if they was buying a new  house and cars and having Dr Dre over to DJ for them, but the lady is wanting to give this money to needy children and young adults who have a disability. OK one more time WTF... when I heard it I had a vision of an older bully talking the poor kids lunch money at school, and it was a day he was going to share his lunch with a more less fortunate kid. But we can piss and moan about it but I guess the greedy is the majority anymore because I see no one on TV taking up for the those Kids yet.

I try my best to be a good person and be generous. I've been in an angry mood the past couple of days, but I could feel this coming on. I have been distant with friends, family, and the folks of fubar I talk too, some of them on a regular basis. I have to say I am sorry for being so distant and not being around, it’s just that things are getting to me and being alone just seems to be OK at the moment. I think I have hit this recluse level because I don’t want to bring my bummers down on those that are having a good day, but here I go typing it away for all to read. Well at least you can stop reading and not feel guilty :)

Well to make a long story as short as possible, I was hurt at work end of last year and my back and shoulder was hurt. I have had surgery on my shoulder and physical therapy thus so far for the back. I told the company 3 times the job was unsafe but was pushed to do it with the old hidden message without really saying it, but you will get fired if it’s not done. I told them the day of the accident and was told to rest up and that following Monday I told them I needed to see a doctor and it took them over a week to get an approval. The first doctor I saw was by their choice and damn that man was a jerk and that’s putting it nicely. No med no therapy nothing and told me it’s been 90 days go back to work and he never even looked at my shoulder. I told the man he didn’t even look at my shoulder and he grabbed my arm pulled it up and dropped it and said nothing is wrong with you go back to work. Well I asked for a second opinion and got one and found out the nurse case manager sent this doctor a letter basically telling him I was full of it and to put me back to work and I do have that letter. There was an issue in my shoulder that required surgery and my back does have damage but they want to try physical therapy prior to any surgeries which is cool with me. The insurance company attempted to cut my pay during my second opinion and now one week after surgery on my shoulder they cut my pay in half and said they was paying me too much and want to deduct their money back. That’s when I said this is where I hang up and get a lawyer in which I have an appointment for one. Guess my anger is coming from trying my best to deal with the pay issue and being honest and playing by the rules didn’t get me anywhere but screwed. So I feel like going lawsuit happy now. The company for unsafe work practices that caused my accident, the insurance company for that letter that lead to me not getting proper medical attention and the doctor for saying there was nothing wrong but there was. Part of me started to feel guilty for thinking like that but what the hell, I got hurt and they want to blame me and make me feel quilt and screw up my life. Why not try to get a dime for all my crap… anyways, just venting folks…
