I understand that the NSFW designation exists for a reason - some companies and organisations have strict rules on what can and can't be viewed and giving people some warning as to a photo's suitability is a good idea before they open it and get in trouble. But this policy can be taken to ridiculous extremes - one of my photos has just been designated "NSFW", it's a scanned photo of a painting by a friend of mine, nothing rude or pornographic, pretty harmless and if it's the sort of thing that you think needs to be protected from being opened in an office/by a child then you need to get out the house a little more often.
